Don't waste your hard earned money at Thomas transmission.From the first drive home the transmission started slipping we took it back 6 times and all lies ,he just ripped me off.They only take cash so they don't pay taxes.THOMAS TRANSMISSION IS JOKE.Dont let this happen to you.

Brought my 2017 f350 here told them I needed a bullet proof tranmission because I'm off road in the mountains all the time said I need something that isn't going to break they said ok they could do it I was recommended going to these guys by a friend long story short they re did the tranmission and it went out with in 8 months I bring the truck to them the was like your sith gear went out I was like not many of the gears was working good when I brought it in they told me they couldn't replace the tranmission because it was mission to bolts off the transfer case and something else on the drive line i was like how does that make the tranmission go out idk pretty crazy if you ask me they wouldn't warrant it for me so be careful for these guys I'll add pictures when I get the truck back crazy to me they would say this made the tranmission go out truck was driving just fine till the tranmission went out again

This place is the real deal. IMO did not overcharge or try to over sell. Paid hundreds less than other places estimated. Not only rebuilt my transmission but also the torque converter!! Invited me into the garage to show me the rebuild kits they used- name brand as opposed to an aftermarket supplier. I drove 40 minutes there from my home and it was well worth it over my local shops. But don't take my review for it- go and talk to Thomas before you decide on who will repair your transmission. I received nothing in return for this review other than feeling like I got more than what I paid for, without being over charged ( didn't know that was possible in SoCal).

I have 22ft RV with transmission 4l80e , decided to do rebuild but didn't make 13 miles to the shop, Ever from "Thomas transmission" give me number of Romeo's Towing that give me a good price and was very helpful! When I finally got to shop at evening guys found place outside for my car as I wanted. My transmission was totally doomed, planetary gears were dead and guys done everything for the price we approved in advance. These type of guys don't look for excuses, just doing their job fast and without headache for the customer!

Off to a bad start, called and asked for a specific transmission, the same day we called they said they had one to exchange. We drover over 50 miles from another county for them to tell us that our specific trans runs out often. It literally took us 1 hour to get there. The offered to rebuild ours but kept changing the day it would be ready. We left without using their services. 1st impressions mean alot. They lies to us. Not a good way to conduct a legit business.
