Pretty disappointed in this place. Not well maintained or cared for. Hose had a section of garden hose zip tied around it and half the water was spraying out of the hole and the rest out of the wand which didn't leave enough pressure to wash. I moved to another bay and paid a second time. Had to pick from the least dirty of the two bays. I sprayed as much of the sand and muck out if the way as I could. A shovel would have been better. Also noticed later the sand dried on my hood that dripped from the overhead door. I've really never been to a car wash as poor as this one. Owner clearly doesn't care. Maybe if I hear back I'll have something good to add. 12/20 still no reply from the owner.

Thank you for being logical and placing trash cans next to the vacuums. Some of the other car washes around here don’t seem to understand that trash cans are necessary if someone is to clean their car out! My only complaint is that the automatic car wash doesn’t have a timer for the dryers. Otherwise, my experience was great!

Mounds of dirt, grass, gravel etc from people washing their filthy off-roading vehicles here. Your tires and shoes will be dirtier than when you came in. Smells of urine. Have to spend a minimum of $4 for like a 2 minute wash. I just came here to wash my mats, very disappointed!!

The machine said my car wash was $4.50 And when i checked my cards history I was charged $10.00 no wonder why the car wash on hickory always has a line and this one is always available...won't ever be going back

Heated bays and electric doors in the self wash areas. The guy who got charged $10 probably didn’t read all the signs telling you to push the lit button on the credit card reader. If you don’t push that when finished it will keep charging you.

I bring all our vehicles here frequently and have always had excellent service with both the automatic and self serve bays. The automatic bay does a great job and doesn't leave water spots even with black paint. Today I went through and there was an issue with the automatic bay and stopped mid cycle leaving my vehicle covered in soap. I called the number, the manager was very apologetic, made everything right and was very professional. I highly recommend this car wash for all your vehicles.
