Always went here with no issues but today I had the unfortunate opportunity of running into Chad who created a very hostile and unsafe environment by trying to intimidate me into leaving the store and got in my face after I told him he had terrible customer service skills. As a woman, this was very threatening. I had to submit a formal complaint to corporate today. I hope they have cameras in the shop. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Worst part- they didn’t even work on our car.

This crew was awesome and fast, I wasn't there all day , needed a pipe welded to my muffler turns out they have a lifetime warranty so my muffler was replaced for free. The crew answered my questions, entertained my kid and got me in and out with no issues.

I would actually give them zero stars. I do not recommend this place at all. For a bearing that costs around $150, they charged me $1000. That means they charged me $850 for labor, and I have a receipt to prove it. It's really not fair. Another shop would have charged me $300.

This is a great shop. They can do a multiple of things besides what I had done today which was just an oil change. I would go to these guys for any problem that I have with my car. I had a coupon for the work I had done, but I would go to these guys regardless.

Mario and Chelsea nailed this. Wish I could give them 0 stars. They wanted to charge me for a tow after I already paid for a tow. They couldn't get it in the garage. Beware if you have a car towed there you might need to pay for a second towed. Paid almost $200 to remove corrosion from a wire. Wanted to charge me $400 plus a $100 tow. Didn't communicate at all. Then the let me drive off the lot knowing that there was another issue. The next day my car died in the same wa that I paid them to fix. They didnt even tell me about the issue. Then blamed me because it was a "condition that existed before the it got on the lot." If you like overpaying for a repair that doesn't occur and then be blamed for them not telling you about issues that they know about, this is the shop for you. If you dont like that, Stay away. - 5 stars. I appreciate the response. Is it your policy to not share problems with your customers? I would really love to speak with the owner. Could you send me an email where I can reach him? I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

Absolutely can not say enough great things about the Midas @ Southridge Mall location. I had a vehicle issue, Steve and Chad are the Pinnacle of Guest Service. From the step by step break down of the process of what would happen to my vehicle once getting towed in to the sale point walking out of the door. They were very transparent and explained everything so well. There is a reason that this crew has all been at this location as long as they have and it is very obvious. They do not push unnecessary sales on you. Make sure you know what needs done, what could happen in the future. (In my case it was a bandaid fix) so that was very helpful also. If you ever need anything done by these fellas in the future don't ever hesitate to give them a call. You will be taken care of and feel like an absolute VIP from start to finish. Kudos again and I will be back. Thank you!!!

Midas has great customer service, they are quick and accurate with servicing each vehicle also while keeping the customer informed. Also Midas do have amenities such as a coffee station, seating, tables with seats, a couple TV's each on a different channel with the captions, and free public wifi while you are waiting. I have gone 2 times myself and will continue to go here for my vehicle services. They also have fair/honest pricing and remember who you are! They make you feel seen as a person and I really don't get/see that much anywhere these days with some businesses/company's, overall a good and wholesome 2 visits.

Midas is great. I really like the location near Southridge. They have a family feel and you can talk to them about anything. It never feels like they push for any unnecessary add ons. They make suggestions and let you know if anything concerning comes up, but don’t push anything on you to fix or get it in that minute.

I just want to say how much I enjoy bringing my vehicle here! Everyone is so kind and nice. Super accommodating and go above and beyond. I never feel pressured to do more than I can afford and I appreciate that because I know I need things done. Just want their staff to know how much I appreciate them. Great customer service! They made for a much better Monday morning.
