When I was having an issue with my car, my mom suggested I take it to Chamberlin and I’m glad she did. They listened carefully to my concern about the car and put care into accurately and completing diagnosing the issue. They got the parts necessary and fixed it on the same day. The prices seemed to be very reasonable and they were very upfront and helpful when it came to balancing keeping the car well maintained without doing so much at once that it broke the bank. I will be going back and suggesting others go too

This place has fair and honest pricing. I am a mechanic myself and had another buddy of mine who is also a mechanic try and diagnose the problem with my 04 F150 Triton. Made an appointment to get the TPMS sensor replaced on my wife's 2017 Equinox, the plan was to drop it off late in the day and they would get to it the next morning. My wife got their shortly after 4:00pm and they fixed it while she waited so we didn't have to run back and fourth. They made a thorough inspection, gave me a printed report, highlighted the recommended issues and gave me the option to postpone, DIY or have them do it. On a recent Thursday I needed to have my Toyota Camry evaluated after noticing an oil leak on my garage floor. I have used Chamberlain Automotive before and knew I could trust them to be honest with me on any repairs that might be needed. I talked to Matt on the phone and they were able to get my car in the same afternoon. Matt did talk through things with me over the phone first and I felt comfortable driving it to downtown Des Moines from Waukee. Matt explained if an oil diagnostic was needed what the cost would be. After working on my car, Andrew called me and explained what they had found. The only thing wrong was that it appeared that the oil pan plug was not "torqued" correctly with the previous oil change that I had had done four months ago at a different automotive shop in Waukee. Andrew also did the winterizing check on the Toyota and explained what he found and the guys were also able to get my hood open that was stuck and lubricated so that it works great now. The last two items were at no charge. The charge for the oil situation was very reasonable, and even less than what I had been quoted. I truly appreciate the guys at Chamberlain's for their knowledge, expertise and patience with explaining everything related to what my car needs. I know I am done taking my car for basic things like an oil change to the fast place right up the street from me. I look forward to working with Chamberlain's again when I need an oil change or anything.
