Mike did an amazing job with my truck. I have had the ceramic coating for about 4 months, and keeping my truck clean and shiny isn’t an issue at all. Water beads up and falls off when it rains. Feels luxury and premium!

Tier 1 BHM is where you need to take your vehicle to get detailed. The owner explained everything to me regarding what he was going to do for my Mercedes Benz GLE 350 to make it look just as it did when it came out of the showroom. I really liked that they took off the wheels to clean and ceramic coat them. The owner is a Veteran providing top notch professional service!!!!!!!

I had to take my vehicle in to tier one because of imperfections from a mobile detailer that left my vehicle looking hazy. Mike from tier one not only restored my vehicle to showroom condition, he also did paint corrections, shined up my tires; and then sent me information on how to keep my car looking as beautiful as it is. I didn’t know much about ceramic coating, just that I wanted to have it applied to my 2025 4Runner. Mike took the time to explain the process and also the specific products to maintain the look. It looks better now than when I purchased it. Highly recommend Tier 1 to anyone considering ceramic!

If I could give Tier 1 BHM 6 stars, I would—one extra for Ziggy, the shop dog and official greeter who takes the job very seriously (my Jeep was sniff-approved). Mike, the owner/operator/automotive wizard/veteran/detailing Jedi, worked absolute magic on my brand new Jeep Rubicon. I didn’t think it could look any better—turns out, I was wrong. After the ceramic coating, paint correction, and whatever other sorcery he did, the Jeep was so shiny it had the refraction of a mirror. It’s now smoother than a jazz saxophone solo and slicker than a politician during election season. Rain doesn’t touch it. Dirt fears it. I parked under a tree and the leaves refused to fall on it out of respect. Mike is not only incredibly skilled, but also one of the nicest and most knowledgeable people you’ll ever meet. He explains everything in normal human language (not just car-guy lingo), and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. Highly recommend!

My car came in completely scratched up after an ice storm in TN all the damage happened at home from using an ice shovel. I honestly didn’t think it could be fixed. Mike took a look Thursday evening and had my car back by Friday morning. The transformation was unreal. Paint correction and ceramic coating brought my car completely back to life.
