Husband truck was in the shop over a week for an oil change. Dropped it off Friday and was told it would be ready Tuesday. After not hearing back we called them and was told they were short staffed which is a THEM problem not a WE problem. Spoke to management who apologized for one of the employees putting truck on the wrong side to get oil change. Which still didn’t make a difference! After picking up our truck which NEVER got an oil changed we noticed that the front tires were cut! Which means our truck was not only sitting without service it wasn’t secured! I WOULD NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! Very very UNPROFESSIONAL!

Stopped in for an Air Dryer turned into lots of other things. Mostly my fault. Upon entering I was greeted by a Gentleman named David, we didn’t get off to a good start, however he’s just very thorough and honestly wants what you want. They got me out the door in a decently timely manor. Only real issue I had is I asked for updates and didn’t get them I had to go ask for them. The mechanic who worked on my truck was awesome very knowledgeable guy and he kept me in the loop as well as David once I pestered them enough. I will be doing future business with them as needed.

Wanted to leave a positive review for the crew here a this facility. Called in on 5/13/24 and talked with David in service. He assisted me with a coolant leak problem I had just discovered the day before and was getting worse. After hearing his helpful advice I was able to limp to facility after taking my trailer to the Flying J off exit # 264 of I-65. Yes, there was no space for my trailer or anyone else’s trailer at dealership. After paying $36 for 2ea days reserve parking I buttoned up a parking spot for my trailer, departed and made it to Truckworx dealership a little after 12noon. By 3pm truck was pulled into shop. Thought it was an easy fix as truck went into triage preliminary diagnosis first. It appeared top radiator hose was bad. Replaced but did not fix problem. Leak was coming from hairline crack around neck of radiator where hose slides on. New radiator was necessary and nearly $3600 all by itself. I gave go ahead with replacement and job being completed same day. My T680 is a 2018 with over 634,000 miles and paid for, so every dime,penny and nickel I put back into it is like reinvesting into my future. Just before 8pm job was completed and I was headed back to Truckstop. The whole job tallied up to a little over $6500, ouch ! But I knew I had to pay a premium to get the service done quickly so I could get truck back as I was under a load and another load lined up after. So I don’t want to sound petty or unhappy, contrary to that, I’m pleased and relieved(explaining the 5 stars). If you want great same day service you got to expect to pay a premium for it. I would like to have received a little bit of a discount on some of the parts (top radiator hose was over $100-online anywheres from $23-$70). Radiator should have been a little less but was in stock so saved time trying to get a cheaper option. Time is everything now. Thanks to David and Sly for getting me back up and running. The facility is top notch if you’re having to set anywhere for the afternoon(new leather couches are sweet). I was treated very well and felt very lucky to have received such awesome attention. Hope to return again in the not so near future and it doesn’t cost nearly as much ! Much appreciated your time and support.

11/10/25 has the truck tow into shop in tuscaloosa Al Truckworx and has a reman Paccar engine put in well i have has Problem after Problem start with pickup truck at the dealership not start air in the fuel line the Problem keep go and fuel on the ground they fix that i though and left the dealership that night shut the truck off and its did not want to start it just keep turn over and throw codes took it back to tuscaloosa truckworx and they say it need a starter ok and few other things they tell me you are ready to go by trust them i left out and get to brunswick ga to the port to load cars and the truck engine light come on shut off engine truck stop runner so i get it start and take it to kenworth in jacksonville fl they look at it and found a bad fuel filter and on the start the ground wire was not install and inspection the clutch panel was about to fell off with only one bolt hold it on truckworx shop replace the engine replace the clutch and DEF sensor was replaced and the shop only put one bolt back in on the tank so the shop kenworth in jacksonville fl repair this. this were it get interested i leave the shop in jacksonville fl go to load cars in Brunswick ga get load go up the highway to savannah ga truck shut off at 72 mph load just stop call for a tow truck get tow back to kenworth in savannah ga next day they hook up to its and say we can't help you have it tow to Peterbilt well the tow truck come to get me i was look at the engine as i was look i look at the ECM Harness and the machanic left the bolt out what a mess after spent over $50,000 Plus this dealership to be name Truckworx this is real sloppy work
