Have had my car for over 4 months now with continuous lack of communication. Misty is a HORRIBLE communicator. I was told my car would be ready at the end of the week or beginning of next week for FOUR MONTHS. Please take your car somewhere else.

So far so good but they are booked up and I have to wait 2 months before I can take my car in. The gentleman that did the estimate was very polite and courteous and completed the task in a short period of time. I was in and out within 30 minutes so they appreciate that their customer's time is valuable too.

They will still fix your car AFTER the insurance company has totaled it out. My car was hit while parked, not my fault and in the end I still lost. I’ll be contacting a lawyer.

I left my car at Stivers after an accident on 8/9, I picked it up 8/30. I was unsatisfied with the bodywork done. They let me take my car home over the long weekend and told me to bring it back Tuesday. Stivers took care of all inconveniences and made it a smooth process. They will make sure you are happy with your bodywork even if you have to bring it back.

Zero communication from their part. Took my truck in for an estimate. Waited a month and half for a phone call to bring it in (they were moving). Dropped the truck off for a lower bumper replacement, passenger side headlight and passenger side fender. All bolt on parts. Have had my truck 2 weeks with zero updates or phone calls from them. Was promised the truck a week after dropping off it. Called them oh the bumper color didn't come out right... But we'll have you ready the beginning of next week. Called again... Oh we got the wrong headlight. I called their sister store in Montgomery told me they could have me a headlight the next day!!! 3 days later still no headlight and they will have my truck another weekend into the next week I'm sure. Keep in mind ANY TIME I have spoke with them it is because I CALLED. Not them. I have not seen my truck yet but for the time it has taken them to replace 3 bolt on parts (one of which doesn't need paint) it better be perfect! Will update this post according once I actually get my truck.

This was the smoothest experience I’ve had with fixing my car. I called several shops before them and they all told me they wouldn’t be able to fix my car for a month after the estimate. Stivers told me that they would fix it within a week of the estimate, which they did. I got a convertible rental car so I was almost hoping that my car took a while to repair lol but they had my bumper replaced in only a few days. Definitely recommend this place! The employees were all very nice and good with communication as well.

Dropped my car off on 1/6/25, received car back on 1/20/25. Took a bit longer than the original estimate but the work done to my car looked very good and overall, I was happy. Seems like it took longer because they were battling my insurance company to get OEM parts instead of going with aftermarket which I am extremely grateful for. When I did get an update call or called myself they were extremely professional and always had a knowledgeable update for me. Great team! Keep up the good work. Highly recommend.

I was sideswiped on the interstate and my vehicle needed repairs from the front end all the way to the back. I took my SUV to Stivers collision center, and due to the damages, my rental car was covered for two weeks. Stivers repaired my car in just ONE WEEK!!! It looks brand new, not just on the outside but also completely detailed on the inside and again just one week!!! I am so happy and so impressed with the quality of service and the turnaround time.
