I brought a truck in to get 6 new tires and after waiting for 2 hours they inform me they don’t have any tires in the size I need. Instead of checking when I first arrived and gave them the size tires I needed they let me sit for 2 hours. I guess you need to be a large fleet company with a big account to get treated with any respect. My little 6 tire order wasn’t worth the time to look it up.

Ran over something on highway and bent the rim on back of our dually. Stopped at this location and was promptly pulled in and taken care of. Was not charged a fee for the tire change. Some of the nicest people I have ever met. Highly recommend this business. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road. You seldom see customer service like this anymore.

I brought my truck in to have balance beads removed on six 19.5 sized tires and have weights installed. They completed the work of removing the beads from the front tires and added weights to them. However, because they didn’t want to do the work of removing the balance beads from the rear tires they told me there were no beads in the tires and all they did were added weights. They never checked the tries as I asked and paid for. As a result, truck rides like a wagon. I had to take the truck to another garage and have them remove the beads on the four rear wheels. My issue is, I paid for the six wheels to be done and they only did two tires and charge me for six. It clear they only care about larger fleets. If you have a medium duty truck, I would not take it there…

Excellent farm service! My 33hp farm tractor had a rear tire go flat in the pasture. McGriff sent service truck and the service tech replaced the valve stem , aired up the tire, and put the tire back on the tractor in 15 min. His truck was equipped with everything and he was very experienced using it. The service tech was professional and courteous. They are well worth $150 hour. Excellent equipment and excellent employee!

In my 2.5yrs in trucking industry never stumble upon the shop that will say: Tire is actually good, no need to be changed. Usually if I send the driver to the shop to change the tire they just do it without question asked because they do not care. This guys even fixed the mud flap bracket with no charge. I am amazed and will send my drivers again to their location.

I rolled in on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving in my RV, without an appointment. CJ Jones was very kind and arranged to have my vehicle seen promptly even though they were busy. They did everything they could to try to fix it. They could not due to circumstances beyond their control. As I waited I noticed that the team were all very congenial and as they worked or took their lunch break they were all joking about. Really nice to see the camaraderie. They were always professional when the phone rang or a customer came in. Whether they had an appointment or not didn’t seem to matter they figured out a way to assist the client. I will be back when I need new tires or brakes etc.

Pleasure to know you guy's Whoever wants more problem can go there!! How dare in away you repair certain mechanical issue then add yours? Secondly you don't say the amount to repair prior but there to say when you fixed and add your issues. Your service gave me headache 🥲 The staff are not professional imagine they were asking me how to open the ring before battery..and in the process while changing battery the destroy APU unit and it was functioning before. Again in the waiting bay 2 customers about your costly service

We had bought a used trk from Southland Int'l. Part.of the deal were new steer and recap drive tires. Have put around 4k miles since then, have had 2 of the caps fail. Haven't been back yet to see what they will do. They were very nice when we went to pick truck up. I live in Birmingham, have.never heard of anyone having a negative exllprriemce. Good reputable in my opinion. 9-25 Have been back. No hassle, once invoice found had 1 new tire on catwalk of trk, other tire had straight tread spare removed and new cap put on. Once work started done in 30 minutes. While I was out, had a Loves cap put on to replace a McGriff cap. The Loves cap didn't last a week. Companies not responsible for quality of caps. They don'take them. What they are responsible for is honoring the warranty. McGriff did a super job in that regard. Friendly service writer, and tech. Will definitely go there again for future needs. A+ interaction.

Y'all!! We were trying to get home for Thanksgiving when the warning light in the car lit up for low tire pressure. We got off and stumbled upon the tire shop half a mile off the interstate. They had the tire off, repaired and back on in 30 minutes. Went to pay them and they said "No charge. Happy Thanksgiving and safe travels." They could have just as easily told us, "Sorry, it's beyond repair. You'll need two new tires" and we would have gladly paid them just to get back on the road. My faith in humanity has been restored (at least for now 😉). Thanks, McGriff!!!
