Loved this tire shop UNTIL NOW. I’ve spent near a thousand dollars here. I was working in TN when I found a bubble on my BRAND NEW tire (maybe two weeks old) called the shop to let them know and the they said to return it when I got in town for a refund. Today, (two weeks later, I’m back in town and they seem to not remember) they say it’s due to an alignment, (which I’ve never denied me needing) but will still replace it. I’m not sure what happened in the conversation but he changes his mind and says never to come back, they don’t refund liars, and says he never offered a refund. The owner is incredibly rude so he gets it back. Changes his mind again, but then saying I need to pay for labor, (I let him know I don’t need the labor bc I have people to do it) but he wouldn’t let me get my replacement without paying them some kind of money, meanwhile he says “$100 is nothing to me, I have money” ***as if taunting his customers about pricing and money he or I have. To respect his wishes, I will never be back :) sad to say how many people I recommended here

The fastest tire service that I have ever seen. I pulled up with a donut on my front driver side and before I could even get out of the car a guy had approached me and asked what I needed. I let him know that I wanted a tire for the front and he asked me new or used and then told me how much. Once I made my decision he went ahead and collected the money and ran to get me change. While that was happening another guy was jacking my car up, removing the donut, and replacing my tire and hubcap. When the first guy got back to my car window with my change, the second guy was completely finished putting the new tire on! They put my spare back in my trunk, gave me my receipt/ticket showing what work I had done and the price I paid and I was free to leave. I never even got out of the car. It was amazing!! I have no idea why it isn't like this everywhere when you go get a tire changed. I have been driving on the new tire for a couple weeks now and everything seems totally fine to me! I have mechanics in my family so I had them check it out to be sure it was good to go and they approved. It just felt too good to be true so I had to verify with trusted family. I would suggest everyone go here to get your tires. You can't beat the service and the prices were reasonable as well. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and I'm not exaggerating!!

These guys are awesome! They located a nail in tire within two minutes that Mavis Tire missed it two days before, after the two hours wait. They plugged the tire in tent minutes. Great quick service. The guys over at Roger’s had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. This was after Mavis Tire said they couldn’t patch it. Mavis didn’t even look inside to see how large this puncture was. Rogers quickly opened it up, inspected and patched it. Will recommend them to any friends and family in the area

Traveling from TN to Destin Fl and almost into Birmingham our tire light comes on. I found Roger’s shop on google with excellent reviews. We chanced it and so glad we did. Immediately upon pulling up the two guys came out, customer service was excellent, they had our car jacked up and tire off within 2 minutes!! We were in and out in 20ish minutes or less.
