These guys are great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a trailer from them simply because they were so helpful when I had a problem with my older trailer. They took the time to help me find some parts for the older trailer I had. I didn’t even get it from them and they still spent time on the phone walking me through my problem. The people I talked to on the phone were nice. But if you wanting to buy a trailer. You are going to have a hard time buying one from here. Troy is the salesman got him to answer his phone one time. He told me that he had someone line up to buy the trailer I was looking at. But on there website it says they have 7 of these same units. He did not get back with me on if he had sold the trailer or not. And if you look at their website inventory. It has not been updated since December of last year. Hey I would love to give these nice people $11,000 for trailer but they seem to like to keep them on the lot. Oh well if he get back with i will changed my review and give them a better rating but other than that. I can't because customers service should be number 1 priority of business. I edited my review because troy did get back with me. Let me knowed what was going on. He a nice guy. I wish I could of got to do buisness with them on a deal they had.

The business ans staff are some of the best in the business. I called to asking about a part. When I got therr Rusty had it at the counter waiting for me. Troy Dobbins was such a wonderful salesman, he is very knowledgeable and will find what you need, even goes out of his way to find a trailer that would best fit my needs. Troy stayed in touch with me the entire experience updating me on the progress of my trailer and when he found what I needed he made sure it was all in working order and to my surprise, he had cleaned it outside AND inside, pressure washing it and making it look brand new. I am very satisfied with Metro Trailer Sales, if ever I need another one I know where to go o, oh and another thing that was awesome, Troy followed up with a phone call a couple weeks later to make sure I was good and satisfied!
