Another great experience with this store! Purchased set of Goodyear Assurance Comfortdrives, this set for our Buick LaCrosse and they are a very quiet, comfortable tire (prior set was for a Honda Ridgeline which turned that smooth riding truck into a smoother one!). They needed to order a set, but it came quickly and Andrew's communication was great throughout the process and they did a great job installing them. The car drives like new! Pricing is fair as well. Totally recommend this store, it's a good group of professionals!

The sales representative who helped me back in March was so nice and helpful. He had my tires checked for any signs of leaks free of charge after I continued to get a low pressure light in my car, despite having my tires checked multiple times at other places. He showed me how to reset my TPMS after other places had checked my tires without resetting it, so I wasn’t living in fear of a continual tire leak somewhere in one of my tires. There have been no tire issues since. Peace of mind and friendly service were both very much appreciated!

I went to Goodyear on the Southside for the very first time & my experience was beyond pleasant. A very pleasant atmosphere, very pleasant & knowledgeable associates. Brian took the time listening to the problems I was experiencing with my car. Never a time did he show nor have a rush attitude, a nonchalant attitude, a irritable attitude & most definitely not a attitude in saying....I have a female with many concerns, so I can add on sells. Had much patience with me & not only did he address my concerns...he explained each thoroughly!!!!

We live in Montgomery and I don't hesitate bringing all my vehicles here. It's worth the little extra drive to have customer service that is straight forward, honest and trustworthy. Geno and Brian at the desk are wonderful and always treat you like family. All of the technicians coming inside are kind and respectful. Desperately in need of a tire, which mine had a slow week for a week, I recently went to the Goodyear on Richard Arrington Blvd and received THE BEST customer service in the world! As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by ‘Geno,’ and he immediately began to ask what brought me in and assured me I could get taken care of today. There were other customers in the waiting area, but I noticed that they rotation was quick and they weren’t waiting an extremely long time (one even said “oh wow!”); this made me feel better about my decision about coming here. Once my service was completed, I was explained about what I came in for, which was done, and What all I needed to be taken care of. Without a doubt, I will be back at this location for all my future Auto needs. Definitely found a loyal customer in me!!

I called and spoke with Geno, I let him know I needed 4 tires and he found the best tires that also fit my budget. I let him know that I appreciated his great customer service, and that I had just called 3 previous tire shops and all were extremely expensive, some were rude. Geno went above and beyond from the minute we started talking on the phone. And did everything he could to help me. The prices at this shop are a lot more reasonable than what other shops are charging. The service was wonderful from everyone. My family and friends will be regular costumers from here on out. First time experience was beyond amazing. The way the needs of my car was explained to me so that I could understand. I was even told the order in which I should replace the parts needed to keep my car running smooth as a fan! My receipt says Chase was my salesperson but I think the young man said Jason! If you want good service, go to these folks. Everyone is super nice and very professional as well as PERSONABLE! I’m very satisfied with my tire service, alignment and oil change. My online tire order was incorrect and they called me before doing anything unnecessary. This is how you treat customers. Geno Roberts II was very kind and very informative of what happened with my online order. It’s great to go somewhere as a WOMAN and not get treated like I do not have any sense. I have used this location many times throughout the years for oil changes, battery replacement, etc. The management is great and Chase and Brian who man the front desk have been really helpful. When there is specific work that you have scheduled online but it cannot be done at this location, they are quick to contact you. They also give timely updates to the work done on your car. If you are UAB parent or a female, you don't have to worry about this location ripping you off or trying to push uneeded services on you like other places. Prices have been fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this Good Year!

I had a wonderful experience yesterday with Geno the manager. He was courteous and polite, introducing himself by name and getting mine before discussing my needs. He was thorough in his explanation of work needed and really took care of us without trying to upsell us anything extra. The entire staff did an excellent job on our car which ended up needing new brakes as well as regular maintenance items. They were prompt and had my vehicle ready when promised. I will definitely be back!

They overtightened the lug nuts on my girlfriend’s Subaru which caused 2 wheel studs to break upon removal. Then they had the audacity to try to charge her $75 to replace the stud that they broke. (This is a $3 part). Dishonest people and poor quality work. I wouldn’t have you all replace it if you did it for free. This place is a headache and time wasted.

I am over the top thrilled withe this location. The services offered along with impeccable customer service has made this my go to automotive service shop for all future service and major issues. To put it lightly, this service company literally saved my Buick Enclave from loosing all mobility. So many things; such as power steering, master cylinder and brake line issues were handled with great detail and like old school ethics. The over all cost was much less than expected. I love this Goodyear! Adam is an amazing manager! He is the reason I keep coming back. Several times I have had to bring my vehicle in for new tires, and patch jobs etc. He is always willing to make sure he can fit you in. He treats everyone with respect, and is courteous. I live near McCalla. It's worth the drive to come and receive quality work, and great customer service. Joe the technician does a wonderful job as well. You can't find places like this anymore. I highly recommend this location to anyone, & everyone!
