Arrived for service 45 mins early they told me the shuttle could get me to my destination. But could not get me back. After the lady that took my reservation told me they would take me wherever i needed to go.

Wife went in 3 months after purchasing a vehicle from Subaru for her first “free” oil change. Technician notified her 2 hours in that he was performing a full service of the vehicle- making her leave in tears with a $700 bill. Stay away if possible.

So I really have to give it to these folks. It seems they have all the right stuff that the sales department apparently completely failed to obtain. They're super nice and easy to work with about everything. After you have been worked over by the sales department you can at least look forward to aftercare from them.

I am well pleased with Jim Burk automotive and their staff, and especially Mr.Morris Caffey who is always smiling and joyfully, he's joyful when you come in and he's joyful when you leave, very humble, he listens to everything that you need to be done on your car, and he makes sure that it gets done, I've known him for several years and he still has a great attitude, once your car has been finishing, he will always escort me to my car, very professional, friendly, and eager to serve all customers, he always addresses me by my last name, and ask what can he do for me today, intelligent, and very respectful. He needs to get a raise, a man that loves his job and people, and Mr. Caffey smiles glows up the whole building with his awesome smiles. Thank you Mr.Caffey may God continue to bless you because you shine, and draws people.

Awful experience. Waited 2 hours for them to screw back on my heat shield, charge me $200, then it fell off again two days later. Terrible communication. Would NEVER recommend.

The staff were professional and friendly. The work on the eyesight system was completed same day and they even got me a Lyft to my office. Can't speak to the cost.of the work as this was fixing a mistake made by a body shop, and they paid the bill.

Appt was for 8am. I was first car to pull in the dock. It’s 10:35. Still waiting. Only had recall on lamps and oil change. I could see my car from the seat in “lounge”. It was parked in the same spot until almost 9:30. “Lounge” is sketchy-free coffee and water but everything else is vending (nothing like Montgomery Subaru. Free food, soft drinks, etc and on fridays they cater in sandwiches. Would have been worth the hour drive in the opposite direction from my house) Employee has their phone plugged in at the lounge charger. For 2 hours it went off at top volume almost nonstop. At the front desk an employee in some sort of head fitting cloth cap flipped a clipboard on the counter mumbling something about “this shit”. And still i’m waiting on my car…. The mechanics here told me 'someone' added incorrect refrigerant to my car and it would cost over 500$ to fix. Prior to telling me this this was the only mechanic that had ever worked on my car so there's only one place the faulty refrigerant could have come from. I was told they didnt have record of doing that and I must have gone to another shop or done it myself. Again I have never had another shop but this one work on my car. Two other shops have told me what I was told doesn't make sense and also quoted me half the price I was quoted here to fix the faulty refrigerant if that was the problem.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience here. I came in for just a simple oil change and tire rotation. Waited for an hour before my car got put into the bay even though I had an appointment. When I got my car back it was uncontrollably shaking so I brought it back. I was told because I didn’t have spacers on my tires that was the issue. I had hub rings on my car before they messed with it and somehow the hub rings are now no longer there. They refused to take responsibility for losing them and actually broke my lug nuts (they handled the cost of them and the rental which was great). Im disappointed as my car still does not have hub rings and the guy continued to tell me that spacers and hub rings are the same thing (they are not). He never asked me if I wanted hub rings back on the car and still didn’t take responsibility for losing them. I’ve never had so many issues at a dealership before. The worst part is I tried calling the technician multiple times and he never answered my calls and when I showed up to pick up my car he was gone so I couldn’t ask him what they did to fix my car. So instead of a simple hour or two for a simple maintance appointment my car was in the shop all day because of their mistake they still haven’t fully fixed. Would not recommend coming here.
