I am having electrical issues with my VW and called this mechanic to come by and check it out. It isn't starting and my pregnant wife has already had to reschedule a doctor's appointment. He was a little unprofessional on the initial call, but no big deal. He told me that he could be by the following morning 8:30-9, and to text him my name and address. Between now and tomorrow, he said he would do some research on my vehicle to make sure that he came prepared and he would call me around 7:30AM to confirm. All sounded promising. 7:30 comes around and he doesn't call. I send him a text asking if we're still good for today: no response. At 8:00 I call him and get sent to voicemail. At 8:30, I send him another text asking if he's still planning to be here. He calls back at 8:40, apparently just waking up, and asks me again what the problem was with the vehicle... So much for research. He told me he has to get himself ready and out of the house before he can come my way. I tell him to forget it. I don't trust this man to work on my vehicle, and now I have to wait until Monday to get somebody else out and my pregnant wife is going to have to reschedule her appointment again.

Just had my repair done on my Chevy Truck bu Mr. Jones. He not only repaired my coolant issue but he used his code reader to repair all the other underlying issues that was affecting my truck's performance on the same day. He drove to the store to purchase all the parts and ended to only purchase what was necessary for the job. Thank you very much kind service. I highly recommend him to anyone with vehicle issues. He travel to the client location but make sure to contact, first😎👍

My wife’s car broke down on her way home from a trip, and I reached out to Mr. Jones for help. He was awesome — talked me through what the problem might be, found the part we needed super quickly, and got it all fixed up. He kept me updated the whole time, letting me know the prices, where he was, and when he’d get there. My wife said he was really friendly and professional, and he got her back on the road in no time. Couldn’t ask for better service — definitely recommend him if you ever need help with your car!
