This is the 3rd time that we have used AUTOTREAD for new tires on our vehicles. Each time we have received excellent service. Most recently, Mr. Carl put tires on our work van. He not only accommodated our unusual hours (early in the morning), but he, once again, did an excellent job. As I dropped my husband off at Mr. Carl's shop, I briefly spoke to him. He is such a nice, pleasant man, who is extremely professional. I can highly recommend AUTOTREAD (already have to friends) and tell you that this is our only place that we will take our cars for our tire needs. We are soooo glad that we found them!!

Wonderful service from start to finish! The receptionist was very patient and helpful as I tried to figure out what I needed and when I could slip out of work to get it done. They kept me up to date as we went through the process. The technician was very kind and knowledgable. I am always nervous about car stuff as I know only enough to get by. The technician discussed options with me based on my car, benefits of each, and helped me make the best choice for me. I certainly will go to them for any further needs!

I wanted to share about my fantastic experience with AUTOTREAD. I ordered tires for a newer high-end car from Simple Tire and had them delivered to AUTOTREAD. They scheduled with me right away and Carl came out and was kind and professional. He was able to mountain balance five tires in about an hour, and took his time, not to scratch or scrape anything on a relatively new car. I can be a pretty particular customer, so I appreciate his patience as I asked a lot of questions. Will be using them again!

Was done in 10 with the replacement tire, and I was on my way. If I could give 20 stars, I would! They came out got my tire swapped with a new one and on the way I was! The technician was quick and professional! I called in due to 2 flat tires find to come out he told me he only needed to replace one and the other one was ok it was just the valve stem that was broke and let the air out he saved me few hundred!
