Great service and professionalism. I color changed my LEXUS from silver to metallic blue. The transition was flawless. The paint job reflection is almost mirror quality. The blue flakes literally dance and refract from the sunlight. Please do not mistake the affordable price for lack of quality. MAACO IS TOP NOTCH....I already referred 2 other people to maaco. *WOW* If I could give 10 stars, I would! The whole team at Maaco is absolutely amazing! They truly exceeded my expectations in every area. Krista (sales technician) goes above and beyond to ensure everything is fairly priced and handled properly & efficiently. Carlos (the owner) was very friendly and gave me a ride back to work when he realized I didn’t have one. Michael and the guys in the shop did a wonderful job painting and got my car painted quickly, while still delivering high quality work. In fact, they got my car finished earlier than expected and knew I needed my car over the weekend, but they asked if I could bring it back on Monday because they wanted to touch up a tiny spot they saw that was completely unnoticeable to me. It is evident that they have a high attention to detail and value the quality of their work. I seriously couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience and I highly recommend Maaco to anyone needing anything done to their vehicle!

Maaco is probably the best place to go to get a good inexpensive paint job. The best thing in experienced this time is I noticed the paint on my hood didn't lay down evenly. It looked like it had stripes in the bright sunlight. I brought it back and showed it to them. He scheduled me to come back on Monday and the hood was repainted. It looks great now! Very good customer service. You don't find that every where anymore.

Horribly quality, customer service, and management overall. I had to take my truck to the shop 4 times to finally get things fixed after they messed up the original paint job. They kept promising the job would be completed, then after getting there they would continue to make excuses why the work wasn’t done. The shop owner, Chuck, is a completely out of line. When confronted, he resorted to personal attacks and threatening tactics. He threatened to hold my truck for longer out of spite, and then threatened returning it unfinished when I mentioned escalating to legal matters. I wouldn’t ever do business with this shop.

I went to maaco in Birmingham AL because I “rubbed” a concrete pole with my Lexus GX460. I was prepared to spend a lot on repairs but Chuck brought out several compounds and an orbital finisher and literally 90% of what I was going to have done was complete. Chuck is a star and I’m overwhelmed by his customer focus. Im certain Maaco knows how fortunate they are to have Chuck’s leadership. I’m 100% a proponent!
