Saw an accord touring with the 2.0t online (I only want this car) clicked the message button from the hallmark website, an LK at the end of the convo said “Nice! Seems like you've done your homework! The 2.0T Touring is such a solid pick-speedy, stylish, and packed with features. Excited for you to check it out in person. Let's make it worth your top spot!” Went up there, didn’t see the car but someone had me go in, went in talking about the accord touring and my spreadsheet of all the best accord touring 2.0t’s in 500 miles and where this one falls, was asked by TK to fill out the credit application without seeing there 10th gen accord touring, after filling that out which may ding my credit I was told they do not have my car. That it was hallmark Nissan that used to have it but sold it (even though when I clicked the message button it brought me to tk at hallmark suburu) so obliviously I left since the only car (in budget) that exists for me wasn’t there but do yall see how much troublesome dishonesty was exhibited by my sales lady “TK” here?

Very happy with Jayce in the service dept. My practically new 2024 Outback was leaking oil so I took it in for warranty work. Turns out the previous oil change tech before I purchased the car forgot to install the crush washer on the drain plug and didn't use the proper filter, which voided the warranty. Service manager comped the work and saved me a potential disaster had this gone unchecked. The complimentary Lyft service that took me home so I didn't have to wait was a huge bonus!

The customer service at this location is superb! I am from out of town and asked if there was anywhere to get breakfast within walking distance. They mapped the area, showed us options with walking directions and also offered to call Lyft if we wanted to go further. I didn’t get the young woman’s name who greeted us and did that for us. Our consultant, Jace, was wonderful at explaining the problem with the car, getting it repaired and getting us on the way. Out of five stars, I would give them a 10!!!

Very disappointed. My daughter wanted to by a vehicle from you. Was pre approved on Wednesday and made arangements to purchase on Firday and was told the vehicle wil be put on hold. Less than 24 hours later she is notified that sorry vehicle has been sold. Do better! Don't lie to your customers.

I just leased a 2025 Subaru Ascent from Hallmark. I have delayed looking for a new vehicle for a month because I dislike the who car buying process. After pressure from my family, I relented and chose Hallmark as my starting point, based on reviews and short distance to my home. I had researched a variety of cars and chose the Subaru brand based on its safety ratings. I was impressed with how much Hallmark made the buying/leasing process so easy. Chandler was amazing in helping me through the entire process. He was so personable and at no time did I feel pressured. I was impressed with Chandler's knowledge of the vehicle. He always answered any questions I had. Derrick, the general manager and everyone else that works at Hallmark are very friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed in the Finance Department. I had to go to the tag office three times to get my tag transferred because the Finance Department failed to give me the proper lease agreement. If leasing is less common and a customer identifies a problem with the paperwork perhaps the Finance Department should have contacted the tag office to identify what the requirements are. Bottom line, Hallmark made the whole car buying thing easy. Any anxiety I had was eliminated within the first 10 minutes of arriving at the dealership and meeting Chandler. I highly recommend Chandler for any Subaru car buying. He's awesome!

We've had the Forester for 6 months and even though we haven't put 6000 miles on it, Hallmark had us bring it in for service, including rotating the tires to extend their longevity. They took the car right back at our appointed time and had a comfortable waiting room. Glad to know my Forester will be carefully serviced to extend its perfect performance.

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Lee Coupeland came in on his day off to help make this the best buying experience. You don’t find that kind of customer service anywhere these days. We were taken care of from start to finish. There was an issue with the Subaru link service. The dealership came and picked up the car, took it to get it fixed and brought it back. All I can say is WOW!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru!! Great Job!!

If you are shopping online, beware! I live 2 hours from Birmingham, so I usually shop online, build a relationship with the seller, and then go in to buy a car, or have it delivered to me. I found a SUV I liked and requested info. "Max" reached out to me and was very patient, caring, and quickly responsive to all my messages. I thought there was no way he could be a real human because he always wrote back so quickly. How could you be selling cars if you were texting so much. I even asked "Max" was he a real person & he responded that he was. Today, "Max" called me & I could tell right away that it was definitely an AI computer generated voice. I will not buy from a dealership on a false pretense thinking I had actually been talking to a human. I told the computer to stop calling & it responded I would be removed from contact. I found another dealership that gave me the same great service, but they were actually living beings. Please don't even respond to this message with your AI BS.

Comfortable waiting room with coffee and TV… which was turned down to a level that did not interfere with reading… service was quick and Jace my service agent sent a text with 2 issues that needed attention. He was courteous, friendly, and answered all my questions… Subaru offered a 10% discount on My Subaru app which helped defray cost

Dropped my vehicle off for a reoccuring problem on a Thursday morning. I received a call asking if they could keep the car until Friday to do further tests, I agreed and was told they would call me friday afternoon and go from there. I never received a call. I called Monday and texted, then Tuesday, 3 times Wednesday, and Thursday no call back no answer from the service adviser. Friday I was finally able to get him on the phone. I picked up the vehicle no repair was performed and was told to just keep a track of the issue. This being dispite me providing them with times and photos of the issue and information about the previous attempts to repair the car. They were nice enough to provide a Lyft to drop me off at my work.

Hallmark Subaru has an Excellent Service Department - Thank you Dion, Jace and Dawn My daughter's 2015 Subaru Forester had mechanical issues while she was in Birmingham interviewing for a job. Jace and Dion were very accomodating and got her in for a diagnosis ASAP. They gave my daughter a loaner car that she could use to get to the interview and use until the repairs were made. Dawn in the loaner / rental car department was so kind to my daughter and made her feel at ease. As you can imagine, as a father, I am very grateful for the professionalism and kindness that was extended by Hallmark Subaru Service.

Ask for Kenya! She’s the best & always sought to go the extra mile. I called over a dozen dealerships in the area looking for a particular year and model — and out of everyone I called, she was the only one to offer to go looking on my behalf using additional resources not available to me. Once we found a car to look at, she came in on her day off to ensure a thorough inspection, and she made the buying process both enjoyable and efficient. I am super impressed and grateful!

Conveniently just off I-65 in downtown. Staff super friendly and non pushy. Ask for Chandler; look up Subaru salesman in the dictionary and you'll find him. Kicked tires in Nashville, Huntsville, Florence, and Birmingham at Subaru dealers and others. Hallmark gave me the best experience and a great deal on my new used 2022 Outback Touring XT.

After months of test driving and dealers trying to convince me to buy something I didn’t want . I came to Subaru Hallmark, told them I wanted a WHITE, leather interior, low mileage etc. and they got me EXACTLY what I asked for , didn’t try and add things I didn’t ask or want just to drive up the price. I’ve Never been so happy with the purchase of a vehicle as with my new 2025 Subaru. Cherita took her time , payed attention to details and didn’t RUSH me to make a purchase. She has followed up for any questions I may have , and she gave me a pad to write down any questions I may have for later. They say pictures worth a thousand words, you be the judge.

Tony Evans was our sales representative and was absolutely amazing. He was personable, patient, professional and clearly knows what he is doing. I absolutely enjoyed buying a car from him — something I never thought I would say — and I will be sure to refer my friends and family to him in the future. Furthermore, I would like to reach my hand out and say that every single person in that building was absolutely amazing. Everyone offered us beverages and made sure that we were comfortable. They operated as a team and were all able to answer any question we had. I have purchased 7 new cars in my 36 years of life and this was my first purchase from Hallmark Subaru.
