They did a front end alignment and told me I needed new wheel hub assembly and new camber bolts and would charge me $790 to do the work. I went elsewhere and had the other work done. Tires were still leaning so I called Elite to see if they could adjust the alignment. They said I would have to pay for another one. So I feel they should have told me the other work had to be done first knowing I would need an alignment after. So mad.

The gentlemen at Elite tire are wonderful! I got a flat tire on my way to work, had my spare on and came to Elite tire for help. I didn’t buy my original tires here, and my tire was not able to be patched. These guys spent a good amount of time trying to figure out how to get me safely back to Huntsville without me having to spend extra money on tires. They worked it out and got me on the road! So kind, and so helpful! If you need tires 100 percent would recommend you get them here!

Went here to get an alignment here about a month ago and my personal experience was not that great. The owner/service manager was very rude and did not want to work on my vehicle because it had aftermarket wheels on it and it "would not hold an alignment". This is the first time I have ever been told this and I know for a fact that it is not true. He bickers with me back and forth about not wanting to do the work, blah blah blah, he finally agrees. Flash forward to now, truck start pulling left and steering wheel is way off. I go to look under my truck and the passenger side tie rod lock nut is about an inch a half loose. This is not my fault nor the trucks fault, but whoever worked on my vehicle. Very unsatisfied with quality of work and quality of service from the employees. Will not be taking any vehicles back to them ever again.

They patched my flat and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. They didn't charge me anything and when I came back to bring them donuts as a thanks the employee (owner?) was very appreciative. Good local business, going to recommend them to my friends.

I went in thinking I would need a new tire due to a puncture that had my tire totally flat, but they were able to patch me up in no time. They were very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I will definitely go back when it’s time to get a new set of tires!

Very racist!! Needed air in my tire to get me to work and back home until my husband could check it out, my sensor alerted me that air pressure was low, got off the highway because this was the closest place I was close to. Manager and a few of the workers was just standing around with one worker under a car, looks like he was installing breaks or something but the others was not busy at all. The manager told me to wait for the guy to finish working on the car and he would get to me but there would be a $5 charge for air. I could have put the air in myself had I been handed the cord. And for the record even the gas stations don’t charge $5. Paying wasn’t a problem if need be but definitely not $5 for air in one tire. This isn’t the first time I’ve been done like this by them( the staff). I work a block over from Elite and have stopped by a time before and was met with the same rude racist service. I’m sure they will still get business but never mines again. I’m also sure it won’t make a difference wether I patronize them or not either but I just want it publicly known how very rascist and rude they were to me. Very unprofessional and that type of treatment was not caused for nor was it fair to me. But it just lets me know that behind some fake smiles there are racist people that still exist and one day karma will come for them and they will pay for all the wrong doing and unfair treatment.

Terrible unprofessional establishment when it comes to mechanical issues with your vehicle or quotes. Maybe they can change your oil or fix or replace a tire, but if your searching for a place to have parts replaced or your vehicle diagnosed I would look elsewhere. I only observed and spoke with one mechanic today and the owner. The mechanic talks in riddles and throws quotes and numbers around like ping pong balls. Highest quote for simple repairs iv ever heard of. I completely understand someone not being mechanical or knowledgeable about fixing their car but get another quote definitely if thinking about using elite tire& service. I saw enough today to steer clear of this place for any repairs.
