My brakes locked up on me and I paid him $200 to fix them. He came right away. Fixed the front brakes. I ordered the wrong style back brakes, so I got right one. He never did come back to finish the job, nor did he refund me my money. Now he will not answer my calls or texts. If this is what I have to do to get his attention, so be it.

Wrecked my truck. R&W came out and installed all the parts for me, and got me back on the road. Now off to the body shop... Prompt, professional service. Update: It's only been a couple of months, and the suspension parts installed were loose. Another shop got it fixed up. I still like R&W, but it might be best to use them for easier part swaps like water pump, starter, etc. R&W did change out my spark plugs, and that has been great.
