Bought a battery from this location. They sell used and new batteries and they are cheaper than there retailers who sell the same "interstate" battery at a higher price.

To avoid dealing with you, they send you to a voicemail box. And it says it is full that it turned around and says it's never been set up. Please try again hence force. The cycle begins at call and I call no one answers.

Didn't take care of me like I think that they should have done. Did not give me some warranty On a battery that was still in warranty period of time. I'll never do business with them again for anything else. I bought a lot of battery from them in the past. But never again.

Everyone there one was respectful and nice ,to say help would be a stretch 27 month old battery bought from this location My vehicle would not crank after sitting uncrancked to five to ten minutes I informed the gentleman of that issue and that I have had my alternator and battery tested already and it was determined to both be ok I asked he would use the load tester on the battery. He proceeds to get the standard tester ( I understand he has to validate /follow procedure ) it says the battery is ok. Ok I ask can we now put the tester I asked for. He reminds me this tester was essentially the same time. He acquiesces and says you’ll need to remove from the car. Ok I say and ask if he has any tools. He points to a messy pile on the counter , I ask for the correct tool and they don’t have it surprisingly enough. Ok battery out, the Manager looking fellow asks what’s this about, the tech tells him He asks ,what did the battery test? The tech says it passed , and they both wear the look like this guys wasting our time. Fast forward 30seconds into the future after hooking up to the machine I asked for coming in the door. The tech surprised 😮 says yeah the battery’s bad. I understood that I would have a portion to pay It’s 27 months out of 60 month warranty 24 month replacement. My portion ended up being $81 Half of full price So 24 months full replacement 27 month 1/2 price of new? Oh and I have the pleasure to Install myself with random assortment of tools. This is the second interstate battery that barely lasted over 2yrs I buy quality products with the understanding that they will cost a little more but they will last Interstate batteries has not lived up to the hype Interstate will not receive any more money from me

I purchase a side terminal battery for $109 with an 18 month warranty. they charged a $20 core charge if you do not have a battery to exchange I had extra battery but they only offered me $8 I didn't let them have my battery when they charge $20. They do sell used batteries with a 90-day guarantee or $42 in higher

Seth is always very accommodating when I bring old batteries in to be recycled. He seems to have a good trip on the place and is typically the one that answers the phone. All staff seem to be "good folks".

Good product, poor distribution. Trying to order an exact replacement. They were not sure if they had it, where they could get it, or when it would arrive. Very evasive or terribly uninformed.

Will never purchase a brand new battery from an auto parts store! Was able to purchase a battery for my Ford SUV for $40. They charge you a $20 core charge if you do not have an old battery to recycle. So $66 total with tax. Was able to bring the battery that was previously in my SUV along with another spare I had at home and was refunded the $20 core charge and was also given another $20 for the spare battery which allowed me to purchase an additional used battery. 1 of the 2 batteries I turned in was completely shot and the other was not in great condition. So for $40 bucks I was able to purchase 2 used batteries-can’t beat that deal. Update-1 week later and my used battery is running perfectly, will try to update again in 6 months or so.
