DL Automotive only charged me $250 and saved me $2200, which is what BMW quoted to repair an oil leak from a stripped plug. I haven't seen a drop of oil since. I normally get my Fiat serviced at the dealership since most mechanics don't even claim to know the ins and outs of a Fiat, but with the dealership saying it would take 3-4 week before they could see me, and service taking another 3-4 days, I decided to roll the dice. I brought my car in for a tune up, getting some gaskets replaced, etc. They took it same day and had it ready the next. They charged about what I would have expected from the dealership and don't have a courtesy shuttle, but the 4 days I saved not driving uber/rental cars makes up for that. They ain't pretty about their work, but they get the results you want.

Traveling through Birmingham from Florida. My Lexus ES300 overheated when I pulled into my hotel. Found DL through RepairPal reviews then saw the other great reviews on Google and Facebook. It was Saturday at 1:00 when I called. Even though they closed at 2:00 they sent a tow truck and told me they would stay late to check the car and get it back on the road if possible. By 4:00 they had the matter addressed. The price was very very reasonable. These are nice honest people. I highly recommend.

I honestly love DL Automotive. Originally, I’ve used them last year when my Infiniti did not start so I had to get towed. That’s when I also figured out they also were mechanics. I stopped by got an estimate, and I trusted them so I went ahead. He had my car ready the same day! After that, I got a new car and ran into a few minor issues and brought it to them. This is the ONLY place I would trust with my car! They’re upfront about everything, and will not lead you the wrong direction!

No frills, no smarmy mechanics trying to do things to your car that don't need to be done. I took my car there to be looked at after it started acting up. When I called, they said they could take a look at it before they closed. The mechanic that helped me and the lady in the office were very accommodating! I wound up not getting anything done as the issue I was having didn't persist, but I will gladly take my car back if/when I do start to have issues.

This place was great. Quick friendly service and above all honest. We went in thinking we needed a new serpentine belt due to the advice of another mechanic elsewhere and these guys were honest enough to tell us it was in perfect condition (all we needed was a tensioner). They could have easily lied to get more money, but they didn't. I cant recommend them enough! They charged a fraction of what C ray autos in Midfield wanted, that place was going to charge us for a new serpentine belt that we did not need. So bottom line, if you have car problems this is the place to go. 5 stars all around!!!

I was involved in a hit and run recently, and decided to send my car to DL Automotive for repairs. I was shocked by how quick and well the repair went. The staff was very helpful, and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond with their service, and returned the car back to me even better than before the accident. 10/10 recommend for anyone needing repairs!
