Would never use this company again. Had my truck repaired in Dec. They fixed the main damage and made me take my truck back without putting a new tonneau cover on which was included in the original repair order. Said it’d be a week. Made 3 different appointments to get it put on and was always met with an excuse on why they couldn’t put it on that day. Finally was able to drop it off to have the cover installed and after having my truck the entire day, called me and said the cover was damaged and that they’d order another. Here we are in March and I still don’t have a tonneau cover. In addition, they still haven’t fixed my tailgate from not being able to open after the repairs they did. Now I’m having to spend several hundred dollars of my own money for a canopy to protect the equipment I have to transport because of their lack of ability to get a simple tonneau cover. Be warned, find another body shop.

If I could give them a zero, I will! I called on a Wednesday to schedule an appointment for an estimate because I could not schedule it online. The guy I spoke with said they have been brought out and the new name is Gerber Collision. He then perceived to tell me that the only day he has available is Friday at 9:30am. When I arrived on Friday, A women informed me that she did not have any one schedule for an estimate, and then she asked for the name of the insurance company name. I said American National. She asked one of her colleagues if they had made an appointment and they both was looking dumb founded as if I’m making up an appointment time. I took off from work to have estimates done because most body shops now require you to have an appt, and many only had times during the morning hours. I’m pissed not only because they were oblivious to my appt, but they also made the remark that they have never heard of the insurance company. I kind of thought the same when I received the police report, but it does exist because I googled and called them to make a claim. They quickly filed my claim on their customer’s behalf and sent me a check for repairs!! They also informed me that if there were additional damage, they would pay the remaining directly to the body shop. I Do Not recommend this body shop for repairs due to their awful customer service!!! I am very cautious about who I’m bringing my car too, so their unprofessionalism shows me this is not the place to take my car too. I left to go around the street to get an estimate from Joe Hudson. Joe Hudson Collision took great care of me and was happy for my service. The manager even offered me something to drink. I applauded the manger and staff on their professionalism. He replied that he knows when customers come in that they already are having a hard enough time because of their accident, and he wants to make their experience with them as positive as possible. The people at Gerber AKA C & M collision need to take notes from them on professionalism and customer service.

Really bad customer service never got in contact with us while our car was there for a whole 2 months. Claim they did a tear down charged us $104 they did nothing car is still the same way it was when I took it there raise the price of my estimate that made me kind of suspicious you went from $15,000 to $26,000 in a matter of days so I'm warning anyone that takes their car to Gerber collision you do so at your own risk

Was sent here by USAA after I got rear-ended and had cosmetic damage to my bumper. My car looked brand new when I picked it up; as if nothing ever happened. The guys at this facility are kind and knowledgeable and get you back in your car quickly.

I understand that you want me to rate from 1 - 10, but I rated this company a 100. Thank you so much for fixing my car and love how the car was glowing.

Went to get my car from the shop, they put all the items off my car in my trunk. Disabled the cable that open the trunk and won't help open it back up!

Whenever I call for an update, I get no specific information. The person who answers the phone is unable to indicate or estimate the approximate date my car repair will be finished. She has no knowledge of the status of my car. She makes no effort to find out or ask someone to call me back. Calling is pointless. I was also told that I would get weekly updates but these do not occur either. Improving upon this aspect of the customer experience would be much appreciated. My car repair is not completed yet so I am unable to comment on the quality of the workmanship or outcome.

Took my car in because of a minor accident in a parking lot. They gave me an initial estimate which I knew would go up. The estimate went up by 2000.00 after they broke pieces off my car and put those repairs on the new estimate. Insurance wanted to total the car because of this new estimate. When I asked the insurance company they said those repairs weren't their responsibility because they weren't caused in the accident but they couldn't prove it, even though the original estimate and pictures show zero damage to that panel. I told them several times if they were going to total the car that I would just come get it because I wanted to keep my car. The fact I was coming to get my car seemed to upset them for some reason. I get there and my car is in way worse shape than when I dropped it off. They dented the bumper and finally admitted to doing so when the insurance company told them the pictures that they have showed no dent. The manager at the shop refused to do anything to help me. The other manager over shops in this area told me that people like me are always complaining when the insurance totals their car. Like me? As in a woman that they clearly took advantage of and repeatedly talked down to? He agreed to give me my money back, 208 dollars, if I would take my review down. Oops 🤷♀️ There is more but this is the short version. I even have proof of everything including recorded phone conversations. I took my car to 3 different body shops and they were all shocked that Gerber left my car in that condition. Just to fix the damages Gerber caused the estimates are between 1700.00 and 2220.00. All my vehicle needed was a door and some paint when all this started. EDIT: Yes they contacted me and gave me back the 208.00 I had paid for the tear down, to compensate me for the 2000.00 more in damages they caused. Don't tell me you "apologize" when countless other customers are having the same experience 😂

I dropped my car off at this company on 11/29 to be repaired from two accidents I had in the car. 9 days later, I recieved a call from the Estimator saying the car was ready to be picked up & all repairs were completed. 3 days later, I picked the car up after paying a $200 dollar deductible only to pay $300 more dollars for a new battery & I’m sitting at this business right now on company time from my job for THIS COMPANY to finish putting pieces on my car that they’ve already been paid to do LAST November. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get their cars repaired here. I had a horrible experience! Receptionist and their customer service is great though.

Insurance suggested this place. They did not inform us that the brakes were not covered. Adjusted at 14,000 and brakes were not included. They took 6 weeks to do the work and informed us on the day we picked it up that the brakes weren’t done. Terrible business also threatened to call the police on us for just asking questions.

They are unable to schedule appointments basically at all if the date they give you doesn't work with your schedule. When I had my estimate completed, they gave me a date, and I told them in person that it would not work for me because I would be out of town. After that appointment date, I got a call from my insurance that I missed my appointment, despite letting them know immediately that I would have to reschedule. When I was back in town, I had to call multiple times over two weeks to even get a new appointment date, and on the phone they asked me if Monday at 9:30 would work. I told them no and that I had an exam that morning. The receptionist suggested Tuesday at the same time, and I said it worked and I would be there. Tuesday comes around and I show up on time, and when I arrive, the receptionist tells me that I was on the calendar for Monday but "it'll probably be fine." The repair person comes from the back and tells me she has 9 cars on the schedule today, and they cannot accept my car until next week. I explained that Monday never worked for me and that I was told Tuesday was my appointment. Both the repair woman and the receptionist gaslit me saying that I was "confirmed" for Monday and "there were no notes under the appointment." Do not bring your car here.

Poor customer service. Not helpful at all for a very simple repair. I took off work for an estimate appointment made over a week ahead of time (and giving them my insurance information) and got there and they did not have what they needed and would not even see me for an estimate. They could have been pro-active to let me know what they needed to clarify before my appointment but did not. The front desk lady was rude, acted like it was my fault and clearly not interested in my business . I would not recommend Gerber.

Very professional and excellent work! Finished the exact date they provided 4 days after they received my car after my wreck, Kayla and Raven were very communicative and responsive. I loved that they were able to get my rental car back to Enterprise for me.

Do not bring your vehicle here, i thought they would change and it couldn't happen to me. My vehicle was towed here by USAA, I call them and told them I would come by to get my belongs from the vehicle, once I got there the doors was open and they stole all my detailing supplies.

Great service!! And biggest single toilet restroom I've ever seen???!! It's so big and scarily clean. I'll update the review when I pick up my car... Gerber bot pls don't reply to this review till then okay!!!! Update: LOVE YALL LOVELY PEOPLE SO HAPPY TO GET MY CAR BACK!!!!!!!!! They gave me automated updates via carwise?? And it's really convenient because you don't have to fret abd worry being clueless about what's happening to ur car at the moment. They were also very transparent in their communications. So glad I chose them 👍

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!! They have very poor customer service and are very unprofessional. Someone recently did a hit and run on my hyundai elantra. I purchased the car brand new with only 36 miles on it. Please keep in mind the wreck occurred July 21,2024. When the wreck happened, it damaged only the drivers side door and a small scratch on the drivers side passenger door. (please see images attached). Once I went through the insurance company process, I officially dropped off my car to them July 28,2024. At first, they would have “automatic updates” sent to my phone with false update information and false estimates of when my car would be finished. So the original date my car was supposed to be finished was August 7th. Then the days kept unexpectedly getting changed and they ended up changing my original date to 2 months after they said it would be done. I began to become very suspicious because every time you call up there it’s a different story as to why the car was not done. At first they were claiming that they were waiting on “a part”. At first I was very understanding and did not question, but soon realized that every time I called, the women at the desk would never specifically tell me which specific part they were waiting on and they would say things like “it’s just a waiting game, we don’t know when it’ll arrive” or give me a false date it was supposed to be arriving. Cool, weeks go by, I call back they say the car is unassembled because they had to replace some parts of the door and fender and it’s going to get assembled sometime soon but never give a specific day. More time goes by, I call back they say the car is in painting (which is the last thing once everything else is done), but they said they only have one painter so it’s talking a while…continues to give me another false date when it’s supposed to be finished, okay cool. the day before the date they told me it was gonna be done comes and I call them again to see how much progress they’ve made and would it possibly be done the next day, (as they said it would (. GUESS WHAT THEY SAY…”WE’RE STILL WAITING ON A PART TO COME”. so how in the world did it go from getting painted BACK TO “WAITING ON A PART”? To make a long story short i finally picked up my car after weeks of calling and calling. The day i dropped my car off was July 28,2024 and they day I was able to pick it up was October 10, 2024. When i finally picked up my car, i noticed that they fixed the doors fine, but the strip part on that comes on and is attached to the headlight on the drivers side is no longer working neither are the 2 middle air vents inside of the car that are attached the dashboard. When i called them to tell them about it, they made me make an appointment to bring the car back, and once i brought it back, they told me to “have the insurance company prove it was wrecked related and they would fix it”, but this was not wreck related THIS WAS SOMETHING THEY CAUSED TO HAPPEN; which is why they kept the car for so long and kept lying about what was going on with it because they knew they screwed something up. The car had 5,432 miles on it when i dropped it off at gerber and nothing was wrong with it besides what we took it there for them to fix (which were the 2 doors). I AM NOT EVEN THE KIND OF PERSON TO LEAVE REVIEWS BUT I HAD TO WARN YOU GUYS PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE INCONVENIENCED, LIED TO, AND OVERALL SCREWED UP IN THE END. * Please refer to the accompanying photos of the damage the car was initially brought to them for.*

Great service! These low reviews are mind blowing to me because the customer service is top notch! They knew me by name when I came in and when I called, they kept in contact with me through the whole process, they went above and beyond when the tow company who was towing my car to them couldn’t get it together, and they were super fast with my vehicle. Raven was especially helpful, super sweet and knowledgeable, and the brown haired gentleman (so sorry I don’t know his name, I think he’s the manager) was super nice as well. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for repairs.
