DO NOT BUY FROM THEM....... They had a car listed on FB Marketplace, we agreed on price and day and time to pick up. When arrived after a 2+ hour drive was informed by others there that car was already sold to someone else. Didn't have the decency to message me to tell me already sold or to even be there when arrived......

A friend of mine from church lives nearby. His car had been running hot and giving him some trouble, so we took his car to BRLM. They charged us $50 to check it out thoroughly and once they'd figured out what the issue was, they called and gave us their price (including parts and labor) to fix it. They were very professional, courteous, and reasonably priced.

Do not ever use this place. They have had my car for over a month just to fix the windshield and wield a piece of the body. I reached out multiple times to the guy doing my vehicle and have been given the run around. My car was supposed to be ready a week ago. I called and texted the mechanic and he never called me back. I told him I would have Safelite come out to fix it and instead and when they arrived told me they could not fix it because the mechanic hasn’t finished sanding down or buffing out the vehicle which he told me three weeks ago he had already done. It has been a nearly a month since they have had my car and it should be fixed by now
