Took my girlfriend’s Jeep who is in college to Precision Tune Auto Care. I have yet to find her a decent mechanic in the Birmingham area until now. I dropped her car off and had her oil change done and her tires rotated. It was done in a decent time with excellent service. The mechanic looked over the car and let me know how the brakes and other fluids looked, as well as tightened the lug nuts back down to the proper spec. He is very honest and does great work. I will be bringing her back for future services.

This place came highly recommended but sadly I did not have a great experience. Telling a customer who paid almost $1100 to have their vehicle fixed and I quote “Your check engine light coming back on and the car still making noises has nothing to do with us” after I voiced complaints after the service being done and brought the vehicle back twice. His response lacked empathy and he was very short with me. Will not return.

The guys at Precision always do an amazing job!! My car puts in a lot of time on the road, so she needs a good bit of TLC when I finally bring her in. Precision has gotten me back on the road in less than 30 minutes and my car sounds and drives so much better every time!! Between having a convenient location by my job, and the fast and friendly customer service, I don't want to go anywhere else! The reasonable price is always the icing on the cake but the coupon they had available this time was the perfect cherry on top!! I really can't thank these guys enough!!

I took my car in for a transmission issue and was told that it could be a serious issue costing more than $3500. After looking it over, they called to tell me it had been less complicated, costing me less than a third of that price. I would have had no way to know either way. The courteous, professional service would be enough to earn my loyalty, but their honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness deserve special commendation. It's nice to know that people still do business this way. I won't take my car anywhere else.
