I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation when I got it back my dashcam was unplugged. I called for an explanation and they told me they had to look for a tire lock key in my armrest and that's why it was unplugged. I know that was not true because I don't have a lock on my tires. I guess they wanted me to believe that. I could very well be wrong but it seems suspicious to me to unplug someones dashcam for nothing. My dashcam records inside and out of my car. Back in February I brought my car in because it was hesitating and was told it was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I told them they needed to drive the vehicle because it had been going on for 4mths and my Chevrolet App had the same mileage on it when I brought it in. Come to find out it was something major wrong with it the Torque Converter was bad. I really couldn't believe they were going to give my car back to me with a real problem going on. I'm glad I stood my ground and demanded they drive the vehicle to tell something was really wrong. I also was told I could only use my coupon that came in the mail for 15% off up to $100 and was told it doesn't matter what the coupon says I could only get $50 off. I later talked to the manager and he sent me a $50 to make up for it and I was grateful for that! After all these incidents I just don't trust this dealership anymore. I feel like they tried to play me like a dummy and I'm not most definitely that. Again thanks to the manager for refunding me the additional $50. I've decided not to come back anymore.

Service advisor was rude and had an attitude from drop off to pick up. She didn’t call me to let me know my vehicle was ready nor did she send the text alerts. I had to cancel my child’s Dr appt because I did not receive the call my car was ready by noon. Once I did get the advisor on the phone after leaving a message a little after 1 she still did not return my call I have to call back before I left work to see if the vehicle was ready and she stated it’s been ready since lunch- with no communication from the advisor. Would not suggest Luci as a service advisor when getting service at this dealership

Three times I brought the car in for a/c service, which was never performed. I bought the car from Edwards, and always had it serviced there. After Edwards failed to "get around to it" the third time, I picked the car up and decided never to go back to Edwards. I found an alternative shop nearby that has an excellent reputation for transparency and competency, which got the a/c fixed. I will have all future service done there, not at Edwards.

This is by far the worst Chevy dealership I’ve had to deal with. This location is unorganized and an embarrassment to the Chevy company. They sold me a car that was a lemon and I’m positive that they knew beforehand. I had to turn my vehicle in for service 3 times within the first 6months of purchase due to problems with the A/c. The last time they held my vehicle for 2 weeks without any communication. I had to call them after a week to even get a status. I would highly advise you take your money and time elsewhere because mines was wasted here.

I went to get an oil change they always give me an appointment exactly when they are going to/coming back from lunch. This time the person supposed to be doing my oil change is at lunch now a lady had to beginning to change my oil. Upon making a payment I ask the cashier to look on the invoice and see did they change my filter. He said he didn’t, I went to ask the service person and they said…. I guess they did!😳. I said also my gauge say windshield fluid is low do you know whether someone fill it up if does come with the service right? She said, I don’t think no one did.🫣The lady grab her container and went towards the car when driving off I turn on my wiper there was no windshield wiper fluid it sprinkled out clear water not fluid. I am very disappointed about this service (oil change)…I left scratching my head! Then when I drove off that forgot to put the next oil change date and mileage to bring my vehicle back for service. For this, I rate my service a 3 ⭐️ it’s make to think did they put enough oil in my vehicle. 🥹🫣
