The staff loves to pull guns out on customers when they don’t agree with your issue. The owner allowed it to happen. They will be hearing from my lawyer and know the one you pulled the gun out on works for County. So be ready!!!!

Great hospitality, didn't have to wait for an appointment. They took the time to check the electrical wiring as well as the fuses to my radio in my Infinity QX56. The radio was bad but they didn't have the after market kit for my vehicle. But I'll find one and will definitely go back and let them install my kit with their JVC Radio. Thanks

I bought a car from here about a month ago, within that time the car began overheating. I took it to a trustworthy mechanic that explained that there was an issue with the breaking mechanism (which I was specifically told there had been, but had been FIXED), there was a hole in the coolant hose(which was causing the overheating), and finally, the hose that connects that the power steering pump to the reservoir had been replaced by a $15 kit you can find online with zip ties. I was told that everything was mechanically in line and all maintenance was up to date! I was lied to. I had to spend an extra $1500 to fix all of these problems. If you are coming here, make sure you bring someone who knows a LOT about cars or is a mechanic. I brought a friend who knows a lot and she asked all of the proper questions and there were no red flags. Now I can see that this is because the answers weren’t truthful.

My relative purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox from Automotive Concepts, and the vehicle began showing serious problems almost immediately. Within five weeks of purchase, the check engine light appeared. The vehicle also had an A/C malfunction, which we were unaware of due to the season. However, within two weeks of purchasing the vehicle, we contacted Automotive Concepts to ask about the A/C issue and were told it would cost $125 just to diagnose, despite how recently the car had been sold. Approximately five weeks after purchase, the check engine light appeared, and shortly afterward, the vehicle completely stopped running. I was able to capture two warning messages before the vehicle became inoperable. Given the timing and severity of these issues, it is reasonable to conclude that the vehicle had pre-existing mechanical problems that were not disclosed/hidden at the time of sale. When we informed Automotive Concepts that the vehicle would not start, we were advised to use our own insurance to tow the vehicle back to them(Towing the vehicle back at our expense, being charged for repairs, and a likely engine replacement could result in the dealer keeping the car while my relative remains responsible for the balance owed), which is unacceptable under these circumstances and demonstrates a lack of accountability for the condition of the vehicle sold. This purchase resulted in a non-reliable vehicle, unnecessary stress, and avoidable expense. Based on our experience, Automotive Concepts does not stand behind the vehicles it sells. Buyers should proceed with extreme caution.
