Antwon came to my rescue 1 mile off 65 north. I was trying to drive MTG to NSV. He diagnosed vacuum leak immediately and had me on my way in 1 1/2 hours. It was excruciating heat. I was afraid for him being burned or lightheaded but he was confident and delivered the rescue. (I am 69 and was traveling alone). 🙏. What a blessing for a Monday morning. I called Antwon as I was driving south and asked him if he could inspect a SUV I was considering to purchase off MarketPlace. He was able to connect with the seller within a few hours and inspected the vehicle as I was still driving. Antwon, gave me his honest opinion and while eliminating the hassle of trying to negotiate and or finding a shop to inspect. I never met Antwon in person but he saved me from making a costly mistake. He got it done in the blistering heat and even fixed the wiring on my clutch fan that was broken. This young man is a rip off, im a machanic myself, but it had shoulder surgery, and my truck needs motor mounts out on, it just can't do it at the moment, it only takes, 15 to 20 min on each side, 3 bolts, two on the side and 1 underneath, the motor mounts only cost 69 bucks for both, anyway, this young man told me, 500, bucks, shops don't charge that much, and I'm know for fact i wouldn't dare charge anyone 500, bucks, first thing he asked where you stay, in what area, so that's how he's changing people, according to where you live, me 500 hundred bucks in can have the whole engine pulled for that much, do not let these young people rip you off, you will come out better getting your car towed to a shop, Firestone is high , not even those guys wasn't charging me that much, i can't wait till my shoulder heal so i can give you guys some fare prices

Maybe it was a bad day, but terrible attitude and no thought at all about customer service. He was nice enough to come and take a look but after going up on the price multiple times, we said no thanks and this dude got in his car and drove off with my car in this state. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

Excellent communication and quick response time. In less than 30min, Antwon replaced all of my spark plugs and ignition coils after a large chain shop overcharged me for the bare minimum.
