I have a 2020 Kia Forte n not to many auto shops will work on them due to their system but they got my car back up n running. Blake Isaiah and their beautiful receptionist such kind souls thank God for them I had to do an unexpected visit to Birmingham hospital due to my son's kidneys shutting down I really wasn't sure my car would make it but it did God got us all the way here but my check engine light n other dash lights came on dash everyone I called was no help but another guy at a automotive shop recommended them to me they got me up and running and they provided a ride for me back to the hospital til car was ready and they picked me back up n presented me back on the road Thank you guys again I'm so grateful for the big hearts u all have very much appreciated your service I would recommend them 10/10 great service fast n efficient. These guys are probably the best people when it comes to vehicle maintenance!! Also if you’re looking to beef up your vehicle they are the perfect choice!! As a customer that grew up with the owner of this company I can confidently say that they will take care of your vehicle! They will give you the best service at the best price!! Above and beyond service is something that is somewhat rare these days! This place pushes past the standard and gives you a completely unique experience with having your vehicle service(s) done!! Thank you guys!! Really appreciate the service and quick work! I’d post photos but axles are a little hard to get pictures of! I had both front CV axle assembly’s replaced and had it all done by the afternoon!! Same day drop off and pick up! You won’t find another mechanic shop that specializes in every vehicle on the road for such a great rate and service!! I highly recommend you check them out next time your vehicle needs any kind of service!!! Edit: Just had the breaks(front/rear:rotors/pads), break fluid drained and filled, (front/rear) Differential fluid drained and filled, CVT fluid drained and filled, coolant system drained/flushed and filled, spark plugs replaced, and full inspection done! Very smooth!! Highly recommend this premium auto shop for anyone’s Subaru! As well as any other make/model, they are extremely versatile and have the equipment and knowledge to get the job done, and done right! Thanks again guys!!

Great experience working with TAPCO. I wish they were in Huntsville as I wouldn't go anywhere else. I travelled to Birmingham for work and while I was there my water pump went out. The got me in, diagnosed, and out the door in a couple of hours so I could get back home. They communicated throughout the process, provided a detailed quote with pictures and a video, and their prices were good as well. Grateful for google reviews when I needed them.

I would highly recommend TAPCO for anyone needing automotive repairs in the Central Alabama area. I recently had a Check Engine Light with various error codes and took my vehicle in to the experts at TAPCO. The staff was very helpful and communicative and were able to locate and perform a software update that my vehicle needed within hours of the vehicle being dropped off. The update solved my issue, and my vehicle has been running flawlessly ever since. I will be returning to TAPCO in the future for all of my automotive service needs!
