I came to you because of trust from past experiences and your local Family Ties but it was due to a State Farm claim where I was not at fault and I have been screwed and because of your estimate even when I got another estimate of the exact same thing in comparison, even with the same companies where you said you were getting parts, it was only 4,400 but State Farm will not accept that because of your relationship with them and now I have to total loss my vehicle. I know it is not a total loss and I will have no vehicle anymore. I'm on a fixed income and I trusted you so I'm not satisfied and I never will be because nobody even worked with me. And my mind it was a total insurance scam. I didn't expect this from your company and because no one would help me after the initial estimate, I have been left in a position that I cannot recover from. I know it's business and business is business but you are kind and I'm sure you thought you could make an extra $3,000 off of me through insurance and I'm sure that's part of State Farm deal but not going to happen for me. My husband is very sick and have had to have several surgeries and is lined up for several more and we will not know the outcome and not having a vehicle that I could safely drive has made it completely impossible for me to help him out. So I told you my situation and no one was even willing to talk to me. I ended up paying $700 for a rental car that I kept 2 days over the 10 days and picked up my vehicle from your lot so I could make my decisions for myself. I will be reporting this to the state regulation board as I have for State Farm. So there you have it

I am so upset that I chose to use this shop. The costs skyrocketed, I dont know why. They never called me to explain what was happening. They kept the car for many weeks. It was a minor dent in my estimation. I could only talk to receptionist who did not know what was happening. Now, they keep sending requests for feedback. I have sent it and then they asked me to leave a review here. So, here it is. The pic is of the dent. The final cost was over $7000

In late July, I was on a roadtrip. I ran over something. My front two tires were flat and my fuel tank was ruptured. My insurance USAA recommended Sherrill Paint and Body. I left my Ford Bronco Sport there and flew back to Miami. It took a month, but I flew back and picked up my car. I asked if they could tell me what happened and the person at the front desk couldn't. He gave me a list of what they did. So, I drove back to Miami. Three weeks later, I was driving back from Orlando and my vehicle died. The app on my phone said fuel injector problem. I paid $1500 to tow my car the 200 miles back to a Ford dealership near my home. They look at it and the wrong fuel tank was installed and the passenger side suspension had to be rebuilt. The total cost was $6500. I also had to have a rental car for almost another month. Do not go here. They chose people who did poor work on the mechanical issues for my car.
