I called to inquire about the process of getting a radiator repaired. The lady was so rude and unhelpful on the phone that I think I will just buy a new one. I can't believe that this place is still in business with that level of customer service.

I had a friend recommend them to rebuild a injection pump off a tractor I did not receive an estimate when I ship the pump and talk to the lady on the phone I figured it would be around 3 or 400 dollars was I ever wrong it was almost a thousand dollars to put one part on an injection pump they done other things to the pump that I did not request them to do and charged me an outrageous price I have not installed the pump back on the tractor yet but I hope it does not leak a drop for the price I paid I should never have any more problems with this pump if I know then what I know now I would have just ordered the part myself

I called to inquire about purchasing a radiator for my vehicle, the lady that answered the phone was VERY RUDE. On top of that she slammed the telephone down after giving me a price. This place will NEVER get any business from me. I can't stand poor customer service and customer care.

They hooked me up with a radiator on my truck for $200 less than anywhere else in town. Corporate establishments were telling me I needed all these extra parts in addition to the radiator. This was 5 years ago. It's still going strong.

Way over priced, I had to take my truck back 2 days and called several with no info or price. I asked for a ballpark amount and never got it, I was hit for a ridiculous amount to change 2 injector lines. I priced the same work at 2 other places and to see if it was reasonable and both places were almost $200 cheaper. I got ripped off and never would've never allowed them to do that work if I would've been given a price like I requested. I even called the dealer and priced the parts, they marked each line up by 50% and to the hard working honest man can't afford that kind of scandal
