Initially, when I brought my truck in, I explained what I felt that I needed done based on the symptoms and what a dealership suggested I needed. Mr. Tim took a drive with me to have a feel for himself, and during that time, we were able to have a conversation about the history of my vehicle. He assured me that they would go well beyond what a dealership would do, and they did exactly that and then some. I really appreciated the time and attention they showed my vehicle and gave me a complete list of urgent and non-urgent items. My truck is over 12 years old and has high mileage, so it needed a little TLC, and I felt really good leaving it in their hands. Brian explained to me exactly what he felt needed to be done and put a game plan together. When it was all said and done, they earned my business and future business. I brought my toyota in for a multi point inspection. I was very impressed with the friendly and professional service from start to finish. I appreciated the detailed diagnosis with photos and explanations as to what should be addressed now and what could wait until the future . I was hearing some Strange noises from my 2015 Nissan Altima and wanted to take my car to a place that I didn’t feel would pressure me or rip me off. Tim’s was the perfect choice. From scheduling my appoint with Katie and being told up front everything they would do to taking a drive with Nick so he could hear the same noise so was while I was with him. He explained what he thought could Be happening and what the solutions would be. They then did a complete inspection of the car and sent me an email that clearly stated what had to be done what would be due soon and what was good. We then talked through the pricing and it was all very reasonable. The work was completed fast and the follow up was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone. They are honest, reliable and the pricing is the best.

I was able to coordinate a pre-purchase inspection of a vehicle from out-of-state with Tim's Quality Car Care and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. They were very easy to communicate with, up front about pricing, flexible in scheduling a time for the dealer to drop the car, and then prompt to get me the results of the inspection--all within an 8 hour period. They also emailed a digital copy of the inspection so I could view this (with photos) of the vehicle. It set my mind at ease knowing another local, reputable professional was able to give me the 'all-clear' before purchasing the vehicle. I could not recommend them enough!

I want to write this review to give a special shoutout to Mr. Nick. I live 150+ miles from the New Orleans area, and was interested in driving in to look at purchasing a vehicle from a private seller in the area. I contacted Tim's to see if they'd be willing to do a PPI when I came in. Nick came up with a creative idea to have the seller drop the vehicle off at Tim's and from there they would fully handle the PPI and give me some additional context to make my decision, and see if it was even worth driving in for. Not soon after it was dropped off, Nick made contact and shared an abundance of detailed pics of the vehicle. He was helpful, informative, and kept it real. I think my experience really shows what happens when folks are passionate about cars, and about helping others. If at all possible, I will be back!
