So they offer a payment option which is great in times of emergencies. Because not alot of people have cash on hand during those times. They fail to mention however that this payment plan has a "handling fee" so with taxes your paying well more than you thought you were signing for. Make sure to be careful with them

I’ve been here three times now, the first to patch my tire, he did it for free and was super kind and explained what was happening. The next was to get an oil change very high price to get an oil change. This time again very friendly staff but i’m super disappointed at the price to replace my rear rotors and break pads. $650 for TWO to be replaced. Seems ridiculous and looks like a young girl tax. Was told they’d get me a quote next thing I know they said it was done and they put ceramic breaks on, no info what needed changed or how much they charged.

I appreciate the work and service that I receive from Tire Choice Auto on Orchard. They are located in my neighborhood, which makes it a convenient choice. Furthermore, they are honest and do great work. Doug, the mechanic, has been there since I have been taking my car there. I appreciate the longevity and experienced mechanic. Nick in the front was courtesy and helpful. I saw him in the back helping the mechanics, too. He helps get the job done!

Service is fast and friendly. Cool people and all good things to say. Been using this shop for years and they always do a decent job, however the last 3 times I have gone there to have tires either put ON my rims or taken OFF my rims, they have knicked, scratched or chipped the wheel itself. Usually its kinda small or not super noticeable so I dont mind it. But this last time I had literally JUST painted them the week prior. They hadn't touched a vehicle since I mocked them up before. So the paint was new, and clearcoat was perfect. They put my new rubber on and I have big ugly circles, scratches and chips from the wheel balance machine and its displeasing to the eye. Especially after I just painted them. Good work here except I wish they would take more care in keeping the finish of the wheels better preserved.

I honestly thought the free flat repair went the way of the dinosaur! NOT TRUE! My tire had a slow leak and the found the leak, fixed it and put it back on....then told me to have a great evening! I had made an appointment for an oil change and asked them to check a tire I believed was slowly losing air. They found nails in 2 tires but said I should replace all 4. They also found a bad sensor.
