I just needed to get two tires mounted.I don't need there new tires. I already have the new tires, I don't need balanced or trailer tires.They wanna charge me $70 plus tax just to mount 2 tires. It will take a whole 10 minutes to mount these 2 tires, and they wanna charge me $70. I could understand it if I was getting balance or they had to remove the tires off of the trailer and then remount them onto the trailer. No, I just need them to swap the tires. That's it.

Adding to the below initial rating. Andrew at the store squared up with me and made it right. I hope they get him some help but he did a good job for me. ******** ZERO star rating. Technician did not know how to break down tires. Tried to send me away. I insisted head mechanic come over who instructed them how. The front tire leaked down immediately because they didn't check valve stem. I had to get that fixed at another location because tire choice said too busy. Technician did not secure hubcaps. They flew off as I was leaving. I had the store lead helping me to try to find it. Unsuccessful. Asked them to replace hubcap. No answer from store lead or manager. Seriously disappointed in this location.

I call ahead and schedule mount/balance and alignment with this location manager. Day of appointment I was informed their alignment machine has been down for several days. So I went ahead and let them mount and balance my tires, 2hrs later went and picked it up. On way home my whole steering column was shaking, decided to check the tires and to my amazement they put 63 .25oz weights on my rim and left glue residue on everything they touched. The front desk guy told me he scheduled with the Valrico location for next day service. Next day the manager at Valrico informs me he doesn’t have the man power for my tires. But said I could schedule the following day (when I couldn’t make it) and would even throw in half off on an alignment. After further inspection I noticed One of my rims has a deep scratch, and looks as if they tried lifting my truck by the step side as it’s now bent upwards. At this point I decided to schedule with a whole different company. I don’t know how this place is in business and most likely will be seeking legal advice regarding my issues. Edit* After The owner responded to my review, plz make sure you read it. It clearly shows he don’t care about damage done to your vehicle by his employees at his company, or they’d offer a solution. There won’t be a hesitation about contacting this location for services again. You cost me more than the services I paid you for.

Fast, easy, and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. They could have sold me a brand new tire and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Instead, they patched it and had me in and out within an hour. I’ve experienced this same service every time I’ve brought a vehicle here. The manager is thorough and kind. I dropped both my cars off here for breaks and rotors all round & tires. Had a problem with one of the cars after and they fixed it no problem at all. Customer service was great. Will use these guys a lot more and would recommend them to any one who asked me.

Having to hear loud rap music to the point the bass was shaking the wall, the mechanic's story about how his girlfriend was driving his car and then got arrested, the bathroom being so disgusting I did not want to touch anything and walked out if it, being told it would take 1 1/2 hours to get to my car to it taking 4 hours and the amount charged being a rip off, do not go here. I only came to this location due to convenience. Go to Tires Plus in Bloomingdale. Much better customer service and prices.

I do not plan to go back to this location in Lithia. I had an 8 am appointment. The appointment times mean nothing here. They put back break pads on my car. It was not ready until 11:30. Three and a half hours! I was also scheduled for a radiator flush but I had no more time to waste waiting around on them. Another issue is they replaced my pads and rotors in January of this year. I only got 9 months and 12,095 miles out of the break pads they put on. Something is not right with this place.

I had been to two other tire shops to diagnose a slow leak in a tire on my car. Andrew and Alex were responsive and considerate and got my car back in the scheduled appointment time. They find the tiny leak in minimal time and got me back on the road in short order. I highly recommend their location!

I set an appointment on Saturday for Sunday to get my new tires put on I ordered from Tire Rack. I arrived 30 minutes earlier than my 10 AM appointment and they were able to start working on my truck right away. I met with the service manager John. I told John what I needed done and he said they would be very careful not to scratch my replacement wheels that I wanted my new tires put on even though I didn't mention it 1st. The tech who installed my new tires and wheels was great and very careful when removing my old tires and wheels to installing the new ones. I definitely would recommend the place to anyone needing tire service.

Awful! I took my car in for an oil change and to replace a burned out brake bulb light. They broke the plastic light and didn’t say anything. When I told them it was broken, they told me to file a claim. Haven’t heard anything back as of yet.

Not too bad, I do thank you in helping me put the new tires very grateful for that, it took 3 hours to finish but I understand they are very busy tire shop, and they did a great job, also they don't take cash, but they were very nice in accepting the exact cash, I have to walk to publix to get the exact change,however, I wish they would had put a sign that they don't take cash. Other then that nice people to work with, I will definitely come back

I love the convenience of this location to my work so my truck can sit there and be worked on without me taking a day without a car. It has worked out great in previous visits. However my most recent in February 2025; my truck was dropped off upon opening at 7:30am for tire rotation and general inspection. I went to leave work at 3:30 and had not heard from them so I reached out they said my truck was just finishing up and will be ready in 10 minutes. I arrive by 4pm. Find out I need coolant and power steering and flushes. Of course I’m not staying any later (there was no ask of me to do it that nor was I going to). But I really wish communication could have happened much earlier in the day because I would have had them do those items while it sat in a shop all day. Now I need to find another shop and either arrange rides or sit and wait who knows how long. Very disappointed that they didn’t call early enough to then do the job and they would have had the money from the job. Another mechanic will now instead.

ZERO stars. Visited this location 10/24 for a tire replacement. Have used this location numerous times over the years for multiple vehicles. Arrived home and realized the tire was not set on the bead. Surprisingly we made it home without it coming off with 2 small children in the car. Called the shop and spoke with the manager Andrew, who then on Monday advised me to call guest services. Their 800 number does not have anyone answer nor call back. Someone will pick up and immediately place on hold for hours. Called back and picked the option to leave a voicemail, received a call back within 5 minutes with the call already placed on hold. Issue still is not resolved. Place is a scam. Should have never went back after they “forgot” to put oil back in my vehicle after a service in February of 2025. Will update review if/when they decide to make it right.
