Went in to have a flat tire repaired. Left with an estimate of $1100 for shocks and struts and an alignment on a two year-old car. Got my overpriced tire and got the hell out of there. My flat occurred less than half a mile away which is the only reason we went there, but it was a good reminder why we stopped going there 13 years ago.

I had a 9:am appt. It's now 11:30 and they just started my oil change. Unexceptable! After 3hrs and 15 min. I have changed my rating from a 1 to a 4 because at least they apologized and offered to cover this oil change and since they lost my wheellock they are putting on a new lock at no charge. Thank you for trying to make this right.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They overcharged me for a full synthetic oil change. They advertised a price of $89 then ultimately charged me $130. When I mentioned the discrepancy, the mechanic advised a rebate would need to be submitted. This detail was not shared before services were provided. Weeks after submitting the rebate my request was denied.

Not very happy with the service The tires were done and the alignment was supposedly done but then it came back still off they would not take it right back because they were backed up with other appointments so we had to wait till 5:00 to get it done they finally fix it It wasn't perfect but we were told that the struts were bad and that's why they can't get it where it needs to be we took it to our regular mechanic they looked it over they actually fixed the alignment It was a camber bolt that needs to be replaced not the struts Great place for reasonable price for tires but I wouldn't get anything else majorly worked on your vehicle if you want a proper diagnosis sorry but just being honest. And we were offered and told that we needed also a brake flush and also a coolant flush but I just got my water pump fixed like literally two weeks ago which would involve a coolant flush so it doesn't seem like they're really checking anything they're just going by recommendations based on miles on the vehicle.

I asked for ny tires to be checked because the light was on. They took about an hour and told me I needed many other services! I didn't ask for that! Everytime I go. There is another problem that I didn't ask about. I was late to work for a simple tire check. No charge

My tire delaminated on the turn pike southbound. I lent to the service plaza and called for a tow. Little did I know I had to have a destination before I could schedule the tow. I began to frantically call nearby tire shops. The first wasn't much help and then I got Harold on the phone at Tires Choice. He quickly found a set of Michelin cross climate tires for me and offered to order them without taking a deposit up front because he could tell I was very stressed out. I was welcome to park my vehicle in the lot overnight and they could get me taken care of the next day once the tires arrived. They had no problem handling my oversized class B van. The technicians also looked over my brake lines to make sure there was no additional damage from when the tread came off. They have a very comfortable waiting room and free Wi-Fi. When the job was done the tires were perfectly aligned, tire pressures were perfect and the tire pressing sensors worked as normal. I know five stars are normal but I would give them easily two extra bonus stars for going above and beyond.

I was very dissatisfied with my most recent visit. Upon leaving the shop, I immediately noticed that two of my four tires were noticeably under inflated. I only replaced two tires, but requested rotation and alignment of all 4 tires. I don't think adjusting noticeably under inflated tires was too much to ask. I drove to a station to add air myself and noticed that they didn't add caps to the two new tires that I paid them to install. Again, this is just a courtesy thing, but seems like a minimal expectation. I was quoted $250 for a new battery. Found a similar battery for $95 elsewhere. I was told my battery was operating at 26%. I had it tested at another facility 2 days later and they said my battery was "better than good". I mentioned a creaking sound when I dropped off my car. I was told I needed new mounts, so I paid for new mounts. Car was still creaking when I left. Took it to another place and found out my power steering fluid was super low. A $10 bottle of power steering fluid resolved the creaking sound and I'm now left wondering if I ever needed mounts in the first place. I'm no longer confident in the service I receive at this location.

I used tire agent to purchase my tires and had them installed here at this location- The tires are great, but my wheel is making a ticking sound Now that it never made before, and I wasted two hours of my life bringing it back To have it checked and no resolve- It’s a brand new car and never had any issues until now with sounds- They tried to tell me it was coming from my shifter and it’s definitely not coming from the shifter. Anyways, the people there are pretty nice and they tried I guess

Horrible service every time I go, always trying to sell you high price tires. Never a happy greeting, they sold me the wrong size tires last time when I already paid for it. Was I angry. Didn't even apologize for it at all. Just that ha ha look in his face. Never Again.

I came here 7 mins until closing because I ended up getting a blade in my tire on the way home and my tire was losing air fast and let’s just say the young man that helped me was a blessing. I can’t remember his name so please forgive me but he wasn’t trying to rush me out, he asked all the important questions (like if I had a spare etc) as if to provide alternate solutions until the next business day. I was highly impressed but due to my spare being stolen, he sprang into action and changed my tire which I will forever be grateful for. What a gentleman and asset to the store! Mind you this isn’t my first time using this location and it definitely won’t be the last!

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service and recommended services that were not needed. I took the my car there as I had an issue with a sensor and was told I needed a battery. When I requested to take the old battery (which was only 4 months old) they told me they weren’t sure they still had it. They did and gave it to me. I took it to where it was purchased for warranty coverage, the battery tested PERFECTLY. I asked them to please put it back in the vehicle and refund me my money. The General Manager flat out refused and was absolutely rude!! I had other services completed that were probably not necessary. I was told I needed 3 new tires, which I had verified by another tire place that I do not.

I had the ac compressor and condenser replaced on my 2015 camry. They did the usual inspection service and ac diagnostics. It turned out that my condenser had a leak and my ac compressor was failing. I was in shock how much much the cost was to do the job. Over 3400. I decided to have it fixed because we're visiting port st lucie and only had 1 day to get it done. When I received the bill I could not believe how much the compressor cost. A whopping 1300. Two to three times the amount it should be. Same with the condenser, 430 bucks. I was not informed initially how much the parts were going to be. I would have gone somewhere else. Of course the shops hands are tied because they are under the umbrella of the corporate company monro. So I tried to get ahold of customer service with no luck. Not even a call back. What a fricking joke!! The technician also left refrigerant oil all over the engine compartment. If you look at the national average for this repair, it's right around 2000 or so. I was charged at least 1000 over that. Never should you use any repair shop under the monro family name. They are price gouging you for parts!!!!

I had a loose tire off of a car at my house that had a puncture. I first went to Tires Plus in SLW. The guy was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge my presence for like 10 minutes. So I left and went to Tires Choice in SLW. While one guy was on the phone and the other helping another customer, they both immediately acknowledged my presence and said they would be right with me. They were then able to fit me in and repair/patch the tire for me in the suggested timeframe. The price was affordable too!

I brought my truck in to Tires Choice on 12/09/25 for a routine periodic maintenance to include an oil change and tire rotation. Everything seemed fine and normal when I left there that day. I drove to Miami two day later and my truck signaled a low pressure alarm when I was at idle. I pulled my truck to the side of the road, checked my oil and was slightly low, but everything seemed normal. I did notice they left a brake fluid dip stick on my battery. Thinking it was a fluke thing, I turned the truck on, put my settings so I could monitor the oil pressure, and continued to my destination. The light went off and no other issues. The next day I was driving back home and as I was getting off the highway, the same thing happened again. I called and brought my vehicle in, it was 3 days later, a Friday at 6pm. They took my truck back and had it for 20 minutes. When they came out to talk to me, they said the oil level was fine and that my oil pump was going bad and I needed to have it looked at by the dealer because I had a warranty. I drove it home and the light was cleared and had no issues with the pressure again. When I got home, I smelt oil burning, so I lifted the hood and looked at it. I found there to be no oil cap at that point, they had point it by my windshield and closed the hood without putting the cap back on. I checked the oil level and it was full. At this point, I was sure they added oil to it as I couldn't understand why they would take the cap off. I went back to the store and addressed my issues with the manager the next day. I showed him the oil stained felt lining, the oil on my engine, and the oil spot on the windshield where they left the cap. He offered to make it right and would give me an oil change in the future for free. Several days later when I was driving my truck, the low oil pressure gauge came on. This time I made an appointment with the dealership to have them check it out. Turns out that the issue was not an oil pump issue, but rather they out the oil filter housing on and didn't torque it to the specked out 13 fps that is required by the manufacturer. They guy who checked the truck out said that it wasn't even all the way hand tightened. This company is very unprofessional and careless with vehicles. I can't trust them with my vehicle anymore. I gave them a 2 because at least the manager made a half effort to make it right. Unfortunately, I'm out the money to have the dealer diagnose the issue because it wasn't a warranty problem, and I have to buy a new felt lining of the hood because it's soaked in oil.
