Terrible experience! Please do not take your vehicle here. Had to come back three times. Installed gasket incorrectly had bigger oil leak after. I had to go back to fix and then they snagged a wire for the check engine sensor told me it would be a few hours to fix they had my car all day I had to keep calling shop for update no one called to give me any information I finally got my car before closing. Do not recommended this place to anyone.

If you own a manual car don't bring it here Went to this tires choice twice for a alignment the 2nd time was for a warranty due to the steering wheel being left completely off centeed. On the second visit the alignment tech destroyed my transmission by enjoying the car a bit much. A very long story that I have shortened. When I picked up my car the 2nd time they were unprofessional and took no fault at the damage they had done, thankfully I had enough proof of the condition the car was dropped off in that thier own insurance paid me close to $4800. I have attached a photo of some of the damage so you can see just how bad they destroyed my 2nd gear.

Customer service is great! But as far as pricing horrible markup on parts. I never got my original issue resolved. They found other problems that I had to address and $1700.00 later and it’s making the same noise that I took it in for. Last week I replaced both axels. Inner and outer tie rod on the passenger side., not done by them. But I went in for a front end alignment and the told me I needed to replace the stabilizer bars so I spent 500.00 This week I heard noises and took it in. They diagnosed it with needing a new pulley and my alternator had a broken bolt. So I got a new pulley and belt from Auto zone. Because their mark up was awful. Then when I picked up the car I took it around the store but it was making the same sound. Asked the mechanic to come for a test drive. When the mechanic got in my car wouldn’t stay running, just stalled. So back in the garage it went. Diagnosed as a bad alternator. Off to auto zone to get a new alternator. Next we go for the test drive and the same noise.. Mechanic diagnosed it as motor mounts broken and that I should replace all four. Two motor mounts and two transmission mounts. Off the find parts. Finally located everything and took parts back to shop. They fixed it but it’s still making the SAME noise that I took it in for….I left defeated and broke. Hopefully I get the issue resolved at the next place I go. Never again at this location. Go see Tom at tires choice on 60. It where I should have gone in the first place.

I came in for a full synthetic oil change. For context, I drive a 2023 vehicle with less than 28k miles on it. I’ve had it for under two years, bought it brand new, and I absolutely do not need new tires. Despite this, the person at the front desk insisted that I needed to replace all four tires. He seemed annoyed when I refused a quote. While I understand that upselling is part of the business, it felt incredibly pushy—especially after overhearing the manager in the back loudly talking on the phone about needing to hit $8,000 in sales that day. That moment really confirmed for me that the focus wasn't on what was actually needed, but on hitting quotas. As a woman, it’s already intimidating to walk into these places alone, and this experience felt like an attempt to take advantage of that. I’ll be taking my car to the dealership from now on, even if it means a longer drive. I won’t be coming back.

I had two tires put on my truck here today and they got me in and out quickly - took just a little over an hour. Good work and nice people. Jean at the front was super helpful and nice guy to talk to.

I brought my car in to get ONE tire changed , I got there at 8am when they open and was told it wouldn’t be long. I went and got food went to the store and came back and my car still hadn’t been taken back. They finally took my car at 9:30 and it took them another 30 minutes to even change the tire. Just slow

Tire Choice is the only local shop I was able to find that did Advanced Tire Balancing. Had bad results from other wheel/tire installer, so I gave them a chance. Their first attempt resulted in a better ride, but still not what I was hoping for. I brought it back to them, they were very professional, spent added time to diagnose the problem, and resulted in much better results! I really appreciate their service and will use them in the future.

On Sunday I asked to get my brakes checked and I was surprised they were open. The young man was professional and knowledgeable. I requested a estimate and received it. I returned on Monday and had the work done. Everything was great except that I requested a military discount and I didn't get it because the quote I was given on Sunday was lower than what I paid on Monday. The price increased and after leaving I realized I had been bamboozled. The work that was done was fine so please ask for final price before paying.

Stopped by to have my 80-year-old Mom's tires before I head home for Illinois. They checked her pressures, refilled with air, and got me right in without delay. The front desk clerks are kind, personable, and fully understand customer service. They are amazing awesome shop! Highly recommend!

Polite and Professional staff. Competent work performed at a reasonable price. First oil change on 2025 Tacoma 4x4, so it needed to be done properly and not completed by some Hack 10 minute oil change Joint. Good work, Great employees, reasonable and fair pricing.

They do good work and are nice enough but I requested a quote before I took my vehicle there. The person who quoted me was not in the store location. It was ridiculously off from what the bill turned out to be for front brakes. No additional issues. They knocked off $100 but it was still way off. Not sure why I couldn't get a quote that was at least in an actual range for something they do every single day. I had called around and even asked again if the quoted price was accurate. Felt misled and taken advantage of.

Absolutely worst service imaginable. Brought my car initially across the street to Jiffy Lube. They didn’t know their ash from a hole in the wall. So I called you guys. And I talked to Pete. He told me that they were kids and didn’t know what to do over at Jiffy Lube to bring the car over to him. I told him there was a hose issue and that the check engine light was on. There were other issues. I also had a doughnut on one of my tire areas. They had the cards and everything was good and that they’d help us with the price and everything. I didn’t know they weren’t gonna take care of any of the other issues or give us some sort of roadmap to get things done. I told Pete I wanted everything done to the car how can you give somebody back a car with their check engine light still on in a bunch of signs on. You guys also saw that I needed a new tire and didn’t even recommend one. I will not be back and I will be calling the store. This is ridiculous

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Damaged My Company Van and Lied About It I took my company van to Tire Choice on Bloomingdale Ave for repairs, and it turned into a complete nightmare. When I picked up the van, it had clear body damage that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. When I confronted the staff, they flat-out denied responsibility and claimed the damage was already there when it arrived. To make matters worse, they told the police they had taken a photo of the damage when the van came in — which is a complete lie. I was still physically on-site during the time they claim this photo was taken, and I saw no such documentation happen. It’s clear they’re trying to cover up their own mistake. I reached out to corporate expecting some level of professionalism or accountability, but they’ve done absolutely nothing. No follow-up, no resolution, just a blatant brush-off. This is how they treat small businesses? I strongly advise anyone — especially business owners — to avoid this location and think twice before trusting Tire Choice with your vehicle. Their lack of integrity and accountability is appalling.

I needed a new censor part on a rear tire and the part would've cost a lot more elsewhere, so we came to Tire Choice instead. They were very friendly, honest, reasonable, and prompt. They had four cars ahead of me but still ensured my car was done by the end of the day so I could get to a job interview in the morning. They called me even before starting work on my car, once they checked it out, to let me know the part we felt was the problem was indeed the issue and reminded me of how much it was going to cost before they started work on it. Once completed, he called me again right away to let me know. My car also gives me weird dashboard readings and the mechanic also fixed something on the dashboard that's been an issue for a long long time. I didn't even mention it, he just noticed it and fixed it. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Luckily, they're also right around the corner from where we live, so we're able to drop my car off and walk back home!! We'll definitely be coming back to Tire Choice in the future!!

I had an excellent experience at this location! The manager by the name of Pete was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, and gave me an excellent price, and got the job done in 3hrs, as promised! He is definitely the person to see for your vehicle needs! Hes very honest, and only sells what you need, at a very reasonable price! This location is definitely the place you want to come to!

I had a great experience at Tire Choice & Total Car Care. I came in for a tire replacement and received an excellent, honest diagnosis. The team gave me a fair price and handled everything quickly and professionally. The visit was smooth, productive, and very efficient. The only thing I’d suggest is a bit of exterior maintenance—mainly the front sidewalks and windows could use a good cleaning. Just a little upkeep there and the shop would look as polished as the service they provide! Overall, highly recommended. Thanks to the team—I’ll definitely be back!

Would've been a 2 star but I like the guys over there. First thing I noticed was that the shop's a relic. The place is worn down and their equipment looks tired. Definitely a failure on the owner, techs have to do what they can. Brought my truck in for a mount & balance + an alignment. After it was done the call included a $1,500 quote for coolant flush, oil change, brakes & rotors etc etc same old hook we all know and hate. I have no respect for this matter of salesmanship because of its predatory towards the area's demographic. Not something honest shops do. Buyer beware. And finally I brought over a loose set of wheels & tires to be mounted. Their tire machine bites into the rim to hold it for mounting. If I had been told this from the jump I would've taken the wheels elsewhere to be mounted. Well, one slipped off, and the machine gouged into the inner lip of the wheel. Not exactly destroyed, but heavily damaged. Enough to cause injury swapping tires on a track day. The guys were very apologetic, didnt charge me for the job, & offered to mount the new wheel for free if I can get one. Unfortunaly these are not an easily obtainable set of wheels. Good folks over there, but I can't say I'd reccomend this shop to anybody. If you come here to get work done make sure you know your vehicle, and if you're mounting new rubber on nicer wheels, I highly reccomend a shop with newer equipment. Edit: Had to remove a star. Went to install the new wheels and noticed all 4 tires were mounted facing the same direction. They didn't notice the tires were directional and all of them were mounted to fit the drivers side. So not only were all of my not-no-easily-replaced wheels damaged, 1 more than the others, I now have to pay another shop to flip 2 tires around. Avoid this shop for tire mounting. (To clarify, Majority of mounting machines leave small divots in the rim to hold it while mounting tires. The machine this shop uses seems to leave 1" gouges in 4 quarters of the rim best case scenario)
