They were "not a good Choice" I came in with a luxury vehicle and dropped it off for front break repair. They called me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up, I picked it up. I drove to a few locations to run some errands, I got to the stop light on Cypress Gardens blvd. by McDonald's I was approaching the light and tried to stop and couldn't, I had just a little braking power with the brake pedal depressed all the way to the floorr I had to swerve into the on-coming traffic lane to barely avoid running into the back of a stopped vehicle. Luckily I was coming up the hill which help slow ny momentum. I drove back to the Tire Choice Auto service very slowly since I was right down the street. I went in and explained to them what had just happened and I received attitude from the employees including the management. They all went outside and inspected, huddled around. They told me that they would fix it, that they must have forgot to put lock-tight on the caliper bolts. When I got the call to pick up my vehicle I got more of the same attitude and mad faces as if I did something wrong by bringing it back. I never received any form of an apology, and me and my family could have been killed by their incompetence. They acted as if they did me a favor.

I have been to a number of shops over the years, but I must say, dealing with the tire choice has been the most pleasant experience I've encountered. The staff members are extremely nice and have never made me feel as though I was being taken advantage of. They give you all the info and they really work with you and try to help. Jacob is an amazing, stand up, awesome guy.

I used a coupon for $69.99 which would cover synthetic oil change and rotation. But to my surprise I was charged $9.98 extra on the site without any explanation of the extra cost. On the plus side, I got same day service the same day I called.

Had an emergency tire issue. Both my front tires on my Escalade were done for. And to boot I needed an alignment. Ricardo, the service manager took care of me like no other. Got me 4 new tires and alignment and a full synthetic oil change for a little over a 1k. I was blown away. They went through everything, and now my truck drives like the first day I bought it. The whole team there is great.

While I've only been here a few times, I've been impressed every time by both staff and service. Service is quick and well done. The staff are friendly and very informative and willing to answer any questions one may have. I'm also very happy that while they do inform you of upcoming things to watch for they DON'T push and try to talk you into it. Hector whom I've had the pleasure of having helped me the last 2 times is one of the best sales associate I've ever dealt with for this kind of place and have not left unhappy yet.

Went in yesterday morning after quickly and easily making an online appt (keep in mind this was Labor Day!) and they quickly got me in and out, got me the correct oil change, and even topped off my coolant. I didn’t speak with the technician but through the window I could see he wasn’t messing about and took care with not only the oil change but some sort of full vehicle check. Victor in the front was great and personable and made the otherwise frustrating chore a pleasant one, even explaining the differences in oil and which coolant I needed to pick up. From start to finish it was great! I won’t be going anywhere else and I’ll definitely be recommending them.

Took both my vehicles to get serviced and the service wasn’t good. The technician was trying to say something about my tire and was cut off by the manager. By the time I got home only 2.5 miles away went to work came home to a flat tire on second vehicle which lead me to realize they never rotated my tire. I called explained the issue at an inconvenience of being late for work they only rotated the tires never inspected the tires. I went to another tire place to learn there was an issue with the valve on the tire. I was referred to this place by a neighbor and not at all the service I expected to receive very disappointed.

Called Tire Choice while on the road with a tire losing pressure on new year's eve (huge screw in my tire). The team took the time to explain my tire was too worn to patch and gave me options for tires for the type of driving i do. They took me right in, got the new tires installed in about an hour and was on my way home. Great service! Will definitely go back.

They cheat. Take your money and don’t do the service only for you to find out later and they want to charge you more because of the damage. I’ve used them for years. They haven’t been rotating my tires- take them off and put them in the same place. Then they say I need new tires 25% into a warranty they won’t honor because they didn’t rotate them even though I come in every 10,000 miles. And they say my brakes are done when I paid and they supposedly replaced the pads the last service. They were great years ago, but now a complete scam! Oh, and when their link took me to leave a review, they changed my one star to five. I’ve changed it back, but apparently the scam starts with corporate.

I really hate shady tire shops… -SHADY TIRE SHOP- Hidden by a corporate name. I think a boatload of my reviews have been regarding tire shops that try to take advantage of people or don’t have the best communication methods in place. Sadly this falls in that category as do most winter haven shops. Some things I absolutely know about the Tire business. - Their reps are sitting inside, trying to make a quota Or meet a Mark set by Company hierarchy. For bonuses & other structured rewards based on pay collected. I do not have a problem with capitalism. !! What I do Have a problem with is someone trying to sell me a tire when I could literally have a repair. Wait… Not even try to sell me a tire but quite literally force me to buy a tire by denying to repair.l the current one. Not due to company policy just a flat out denial. Now, yes, before you or a company employee or anyone reading this say “ You cannot patch or fix a tire if the nail is too close to the wall of the tire” My problem here was dead center in the middle of the tire. - This is where my bad review Stems from. Yes, end of day customer, last one to walk thru the door. that does not disqualify me from quality service when I choose a Tire company. I highly recommend a corporate manager Look into this situation. I wonder how many old ladies, young men and women have been trapped into buying tires. They don’t need. I know this isn’t their business model. It just can’t be. Now, how do we remedy this? How do we remedy the distasteful forced upsell that could’ve left me & my family Stranded if I didn’t find a tire shop that was Honest…? 4:30pm - 5pm Memorial Day. I’d be lucky if I did. & Thank God I did. Do the sales reps ever get held accountable for stuff like this? Do the so-called mechanics get held accountable for playing along with the sales reps tactics? It’s sad to say this was my first experience with this type of cold hearted sales tactic. Not saying all of the tire shops are like this because I don’t experience this when I go to Mavis Or family owned tire shops. Id just like some accountability When things like this happens so that way it isn’t swept under the rug and the good apples aren’t punished when the bad apples are doing bad apple- things. For any of you reading this be cautious before you shop or stop here.

I cannot express my gratitude on how much they went above and beyond with the repairs needed to fix my Challenger. It needed a new evaporator core, in which was a long labored job to complete.
