I went to the Tire Kingdom out in Winter Haven. Had a flat tire driving from Orlando for work. I was tired after work and I just wanted to get home. I had spoke to Tanner about my flat and he was very polite and informative. He made me feel welcome and he and his team were able to put a new tire on for me in under 20 minutes. I highly recommend if you have a flat or if you are looking for new tires to come to this location or Tire Kingdom in general.

Xavier was great getting me through a financial bind, left my cc home, no way to retrieve number. We found a way to sign up and pay through an app. It worked, all that mattered. He was patient but even more so, very kind. Making sure I was not any more stressed than what I created. With a flat tire, I hit a curb, hard. Went to tire kingdom the minute they first opened. I had a giant screw in my tire and my tire was completely flat last night. They were able to take me in first thing and get me fixed up and out in less than 45 minutes. Great place and professional people.

Unprofessional place that seems more interested in taking advantage of customers. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment and clearly asked the front desk to check the tires first before performing the alignment. Later, they called and told me I needed new tires and offered to do the alignment together with the tire replacement. When I went to the store, they charged me for the alignment without changing the tires, because I did not authorize the purchase of new tires. Even so, the alignment was performed and billed, despite my request that the service not be done until everything was confirmed. Poor communication and lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this place.

Tire Kindom did my oil change today. They have a special on synthetic oil for $59.99 plus tax. They got my car right on in. Xavier at the register was so professional 👏. The mechanics even checked out my tires one by one and looked at brakes. They went through my car with a fine toothpick. All employees are very respectful and professional.
