I have used this company and they have been great up until we went to Disney and for my daughters b day and we ended up in the hospital after the 1st night and stayed in icu for a week. i rented the rv for a week and stayed only for 1 night. Jerry would not give me a credit for the rest of the night even though im a loyal customer. My sister also rented and had to cancel for covid reasons. His policy for cancellation is horrible. This company does not care!! And do not get the golf cart its dangerous and a piece of junk! I was not looking for a refund just a credit. I called Disney and they gave me 3 comp night stay.

Jerry is a great guy and cares about having clean, quality RV's to rent. Pickup and drop off are always easy and quick. Everything you need to enjoy a camping trip has been thought of and provided for you. Can't say enough how clean and well kept the units are. It's like each one is a brand new trailer! I highly recommend using Jerry and his service.
