I had an outstanding experience at Central Buick GMC. My salesman, Mostafa “Moose” Abdel, made everything smooth, fast, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. I purchased a 2025 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali Ultimate, and the entire process was seamless. The whole team was professional, friendly, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Such a great car buying experience. I drove a hour from Orlando to see this dealer for my 2025 Terrain. George worked my numbers and I closed the deal with Robert in the dealer. Both of them were very pleasant to work with and made the process so smooth. I never once felt pressured into anything. I would absolutely recommend them for a great car buying experience.

Update: January 7, 2026: I filed a complaint with the Office of Attorney General James Uthmeier regarding Dealer refuses to refund GAP insurance and Extended Warranty. Update: Complaint was filed with the BBB on December 5, 2025. The BBB contacted Central Buick GMC on December 6, 2025. 14 days later, BBB sent me an email stating that the DEALERSHIP DID NOT RESPOND to their inquiry. See images below. I purchased a car on 8/16/2025 from dealership: Central Buick GMC, 1555 1ST ST S, WINTER HAVEN, FL 33880. I also purchased from them a GAP insurance, and an Extended Warranty. I financed the car, the GAP, and the Extended Warranty through GM Financial (the dealership choice of lender). Shortly after the transaction was concluded, I decided to cancel the GAP insurance ($999), and I filled up the required paperwork. Soon after that, I decided to also cancel the Extended Warranty ($3,346), and I filled up the required paperwork. I have been told that it takes between 6 to 8 weeks to complete the process and to refunds my account at GM Financial. As of today, more than 12 weeks later, the GAP refund was not credited to my GM Financial account (GM did not receive any check from the dealership). Also, it is more than 8 weeks now, and the Extended Warranty refund was not credited to my GM Financial account (the dealership sent the refund check on 10/21/2025, but maybe it got lost in transit, or the dealership sent it to the WRONG ADDRESS, either way, GM did not receive the check). I contacted the dealership via texts, emails, and phone calls, and Brandon (sales manager) told me that he will check the matter and get back to me tomorrow, which did not happen. I then talked on the phone with Jacob (finance manager), and he said that they sent the Extended Warranty refund check to GM and that it was deposited, and he also said that it is out of their hands now, and that I need to talk with GM Financial. He also said that it may take up to 3 MONTHS for GM Financial to apply the refund to my account. I contacted GM Financial twice and they told me that they did not receive any refund, and that if they got any refund, it takes up to 3 DAYS (not months) to be applied to my account. Brandon and Jacob did not attend properly to my inquiries, and they treated me with disrespect (Jacob even said that I need to stop harassing his team). Jacob also said that I did not purchase the GAP insurance and that I left the dealership with the wrong paperwork. Really, Jacob? Really? I want my refund ($999 + $3,346 = $4,345) sent to GM Financial AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, OVERNIGHT (I am paying interest on the $4,345 every day). I also want an apology for the way I was treated by Brandon and Jacob. Central Buick GMC is NOT a BBB Accredited Business. Central Buick GMC did not reach out to me (they did not call or even sent an email). Central Buick GMC did not give me my money back (they did not send it to GM Financial). "GREAT" customer service, "GREAT" customer care. Way to go, Central Buick GMC.

I went there for a recall repair with in mind of buying or trading in my vehicle. We took advantage of our situation and enjoyed our trade in experience. The team gave me top trade in dollar for my old vehicle and got the vehicle my wife and I wanted, the Denali Ultimate Acadia. I love buying GMC because I love supporting our economy by buying US made vehicles and they gave me a discount for being a veteran. They will forever be my dealership and vehicle maintenance service shop.

Excellent experience, I was looking for a pickup & found 2020 GMC Sierra at Central Buick/GMC they gave me a great offer on my trade in with no pressure and stressing back and forth very easy and laid back, also put on a set of new tires (no charge) everyone worked together. Great Crew: my sales guy Robert along with Tom, Jacob, Brandon & George. The whole crew was involved in making me a Great Deal and offer. Great Job Central. Kudos to all. Highly recommend.

I am in all appreciative for Buick GMC for taking the neccessary steps to fix my infotainment system.This is a neccessary feature that helps people navigate by using maps, Spotify, hands free call features and so much more . I was very impressed with the teams overall experience and quick service to replace this feature. As a person with disabilities it makes me fill better knowing hat I have what I need at my fingertips. My monitor was glitching, would not pair, or allow me to access any of my navigation system options. I am so greatful and I give them both customer service and service center 5 stars. I am a GMC owner and a valuable customer of Buick GMC service center.

We've never bought a car without a pretty thorough walk-around, so buying a 2019 Chevy Volt from Central Buick GMC to have it shipped to KY seemed pretty risky. But Shane Kirtley went above and beyond. He made a walk-around video for us, high-lighting things I'd asked him about as well as some things I hadn't thought to ask. He was thorough in answering our many questions about the process, as well as EV related questions we had. The dealership accepted what I thought was a fair offer which was considerably lower than a similar vehicle at a dealership we drove to in Ohio. Throughout the process, Shane's communication was absolutely great. We felt valued. We've had the car about a month and my wife absolutely loves it (I'd love it too if she would let me drive it more.... ahem!) I don't think anyone gets thrilled to sign up for a car loan (we had our previous car 15 years), but we really feel we were treated fairly and didn't overpay for what is easily the nicest vehicle we've bought. We don't buy cars often, but if we're ever in need of another, I'll be calling Shane, no question. Thank you for making this a great experience!

I just bought a 2026 Denali Ultimate 2500hd duramax, I told my sales guy Angel Cruz what I was trying to accomplish and that I had been shopping trying to get to a difference figure that 4 other dealers told me that couldn't get to, Angel txt me the next day and told me they had sourced a unit for me, exactly what I wanted and they got me to my number. They beat the other guys by 3 grand. When I got to the dealership I was in and out faster than any car deal I've ever done, everyone was on point. I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could.

What an amazing experience I had at this Buick dealership! I was able to look around freely without being bothered by any pushy salespeople. It was refreshing to browse without any pressure. After finding a car I was interested in, a gentleman politely asked if I needed assistance. I asked to speak with George, the salesperson I had spoken with on the phone. As soon as I met George, I knew I was in good hands. He truly listened to what I was looking for and provided all the information I needed about the car. We then sat down in his office and reviewed some numbers. Later that evening, I thought it over and made my decision. George worked with me and made it happen. The very next day, everything was arranged—he even had the car delivered to my job! The gentleman who delivered the car took the time to show me all the features and answered all my questions. This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! Thank you George for making my car shopping experience so amazing. Love my 2025 Buick Envista. Anyone shopping at this Buick dealership must ask for George he was on top of everything but I’m sure all sales person are amazing as well.

As a Canadian traveling in the US I am just so incredbily grateful to this dealership for their amazing service today. After being stranded for 4hrs on the interstate with a flat tire, Central Buick took me in right away, had my tire fixed within 20 minutes and I was back on the road. I had one of the best truck buying situations in my life as central Buick Shane Kirkley was my sales person and he was absolutely fantastic to work with. I cannot say enough good things about this guy. He worked hard diligently and got me the deal I needed was willing to stay late that afternoon for me to come and pick the truck up and took time the next day to show me some things about the truck that I didn’t understand. I totally 100% recommend this guy. It’s taking me a few days to get to be able to write this review, but I want him to know that I really appreciated his work ethic and all that he did.
