I scheduled my RV to have an oil change. It has a Chevy workhorse engine, but that didn’t affect taking it to this Ford dealer. Everyone in the office was very professional and friendly and completed the oil change in less time than estimated. After I drove home I checked the oil level and saw that too much oil had been added. I called the office and described the problem and spoke with Chuck. I explained that I did not want to drive back to have the oil level corrected because it might damage the engine. He Completely understood and sent A mobile tech within two hours to correct the problem. The service tech that showed up was the most friendly, professional and competent service tech I’ve ever run into. He spoke very highly of the dealership and completed his task quickly and even apologized for the inconvenience that I went through. I am thoroughly impressed with this RV truck service center.

(update) I took my truck to Weikert Ford and they were completely clear and communicative and addressed the problem in just two days. They solved what this dealer couldn't solve in two weeks. They couldn't answer this review. They said they would give it to me the same day I took my truck. At another dealer, it took them two days to fix what they did to my truck, damaging the DEF System. MY BAD EXPERIENCE The treatment by the service manager named Caitlin Phenis was dismissive and unempathetic. I brought my truck in because the service light was out and they ended up damaging my DEF system. The small problem is that they don't have parts in stock and for all repairs you have to wait over a week. They are not very committed to solving the problems. They are so incompetent that you have to call Ford and wait for the engineers to help you. If you want your truck repaired by trained people, this is not the place. My truck lasted 12 days and I had to take it to another dealership. MI MALA EXPERIENCIA El trato por parte de la service manager de nombre Caitlin phenis fue despectivo y poco empatico ya que lleve mi truck por la luz de servicio y terminaron dañando mi sistema de DEF, el pequeño problema es que no tienen partes en stock y para todas las reparaciones tienen que esperar por encima de una semana son poco comprometido con solucionar los problemas, es tan poco competente que tienen que llamar a ford y esperar que los ingenieros los ayude, si quieres que te reparen tu truck y con personas capacitadas este no es el lugar mi truck duro 12 dias y lo tuve que sacar a otro dealership.

My truck recently broke down driving from Washington DC to Florida late at night coming to pick my wife and RV up to take back home. I called this shop at 7 am the next morning and they got me right in. They diagnosed the issue and ordered the part same day. The part was backordered but they worked to get it in faster and got me back on the road to head home in a few days. Michael did great keeping me updated during the process and pushing the work through. I am hooked up ready to roll out at 6 am tomorrow because of them.
