2 years ago.We spent alot of money with them having a lithium battery system installed. It never worked. We took it back a year later complaining about it. They told us it was working fine. Because of the problem we had another company come and install a second battery to double the capacity to see if that would help. Turns out the second company found that Great Outdoors had failed to connect it correctly. The other company corrected the wiring error and it now works great. This cost us 2 years and money we should not have had to spend.

We just had GoRVSolar upgrade our Brinkley G3250 from a 200 amp battery bank to a 900 amp battery bank with an additional 400 watts of solar panels added to bring our system up to 1200 watts. They upgraded to a victron 3000 multiplus inverter with associated victron equipment. Jason the owner was very professional and answered all of our questions about the install including being on time as promised. Adam did an amazing job installing the wiring and components (neatest and cleanest solar installation job that I have ever seen.) They really do live up to their videos as far as perfection a neatness as well as being very knowledgeable.

My wife and I drove from NY to Fla the last weekend of FEB. I would never had driven 2300 miles in a week if I did not feel that Thomas and Stacy could complete my full solar install in 4 days. They were just amazing to work with, had the patience to walk through all of the details for our 5th wheel system. This company is the real deal!! I have been impressed from the first time I saw one of their installs. They (Adam!) completed my total install on a Z3100 Brinkley and did an incredible job. Included full suite of Victron components, 5 additional 200 w solar panels, and a pair of Epoch 460 amp batteries. Best thing is if ever needed, they can log into my system for trouble shooting anywhere I am at.

After doing my research and getting many quotes, I found Great Outdoors Solar. Speaking with Elyse over the phone, she explained the process and the options. After asking what my needs were and what we plan to do with the solar/battery install, she gave us a very fair quote. During the quote process you really have to pay attention to what is being installed and what products solar installers are charging you for. Great Outdoors Solar used Victron products, Epoch batteries and all superior products. The installer (BJ) was great, he was very professional and did a clean install. Communication during the install was excellent. The “how to” operate the system was also excellent. I am very confident that if you are looking for a solar system for your RV Great Outdoors Solar is very accommodating and is the company you need to talk to if your in the market for a solar install.

Thomas and his team at Great Outdoors Solar is the best. They installed a 3200W system on the top of my 2017 New Horizons Majestic fifth wheel and I still have room to get around up there. The dual Victron Quattro inverters allow me to run both air conditioners and the six Battle Born GC3 give me over 1600 amp hours. After the install, I took the RV to have a new generator installed and they were so impressed by the solar work. They asked for Tom’s name and number. Due to my ignorance I am also relying on there after sales support and it too has been stellar. You cannot go wrong at Great Outdoors Solar. I attached a few pictures.

We had our rv solar system installed by our rv dealer who assured us they knew how to install it. We had nothing but problems and we knew immediately it was not done properly. Contacted Go RV Solar to upgrade my battery bank and inverter. Jason and Adam did a phenomenal job. They gave me exactly what I was looking for. I dropped off my rig on Monday am and picked it up on Thursday just as we planned. Installed 3 SOK 300 amp hour batteries and a new Victron multiplus 2 inverter. Probably going to take it back and let them upgrade my solar system to Victron. Their workmanship is top notch. I saw some of their other installs and when you look at their work, it just looks nice and professional. They are also knowledgeable about the equipment they are installing and I recommend them for any solar, battery or inverter upgrade you are looking to do.

Would I use "Go RV Solar" for my next RV solar installation? Yes, absolutely!!! I purchased my Class C Forest River 3050S approximately a year ago, with the goal of taking time to provide upgrades and changes to the RV as desired, before retiring at the end of 2025 and starting full time RV'ing. In that time I have gone through the rig and did all required engine & generator work, brakes, new tires, upholstery, painted the interior white, flooring, roof coating & self-leveling lap sealant, Maxx Air fans, and other minor changes. My last major project was to add a solar system. I spent months researching and watching YouTube videos trying to understand and figure out what was the best solar system for my intended usage. I finally narrowed it down to "Go RV Solar" out of Orlando Florida. I started out with a phone meeting with owner Jason Carletti, who took the time to ask what I was looking for, my solar needs & requirements, and the type of RV I owned. After listening and understanding what I was looking for, Jason recommended the "Go RV Solar" 1000W System package. He then suggested I take time to review his recommendation and schedule another phone meeting. We had that phone meeting a few days later, where my questions were answered and I decided to go with the 1000W System package with two upgrades- 1) A third SOK 314Ah battery (giving my system 942Ah) and 2) The Furrion Chill Cube 18K AC. My install occurred the week of 9th of February 2026. When I arrived for the install, the "Go RV Solar" team took the time to walk me through what they would doing and where the solar components were going to be installed. After reviewing this location, I requested that storage area floor be leveled, so that the batteries and invertor were all at the same height (this was done for a reasonable cost and the team took the time & effort to install a black short pile indoor/outdoor carpet. This totally enhanced an already professional looking job). When it came time to pick up my completed solar RV project, the "Go RV Solar" team took the time to walk me through the install, the components of the system & function, and how to operate, control, & monitor my new system. I could not be more pleased and happier with the "Go RV Solar" project install! The project results and the functioning of the new system have exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend "Go RV Solar" for your RV solar project!

We hired Jason Carletti, owner of RV Solar located in Winter Haven, FL, to install a full solar system on our 34ft fifth wheel after seriously considering doing it ourselves. And let me tell you—thank goodness we didn’t! Choosing RV Solar and his team was absolutely the right call. Adam handled our install and…wow. Just wow. Professional, meticulous, and clearly someone who cares about doing things right. He paid attention to details we never would’ve even known to think about—reinforced flooring and walls, spotless wiring, relocating the main switches to more accessible spots, and even adding a clean wall panel inside the cabinet to hide the display wiring. Everything looks clean, solid, and thoughtfully done. The installation was completed right on schedule, and working with Jason on the setup was a breeze. When we picked the rig up, Jason took the time to walk us through the entire system so we understood exactly what we were getting. Worth every single extra dollar to have it done professionally instead of trying to DIY it. Would I recommend them? In a heartbeat. Jason is also an RV inspector, so if you’re buying a new or used RV, give him a call. He knows his stuff—he even pointed out a few things on our rig that needed attention, and that wasn’t what we were there for!

Having Go RV Solar enhance my RV's solar system was one of the best RV decisions I have made! I upgraded my first RV's solar and electric systems myself but was unable to reconfigure my new Brinkley RV due to a house remodel. I could never have done the quality job that Jason and Adam did. I needed the RV upgraded because we are preparing to travel to aid Convoy of Hope in Ashville NC for hurricane relief. They believed in the mission and worked me into an already very busy schedule. The install was very clean with 3D printed cable and battery grommets and even configured for future upgrades. I have plenty of battery power but if I decide to upgrade, they made room for another battery and ensured the existing battery cables would be the same length as the new ones if I added another battery--who does that! They are RVers so they think like RVers. A very clever false wall was also added so all the "back office" items are hidden. My inverter, solar controller and cutoff switches are upfront with easy access. You will never go wrong having professionals add your off-grid capabilities. I am completely confident Go RV Solar should be your choice for all solar installs and upgrades. Thank you, Jason and Adam!
