Very professional. I’d been having issues with my tires, leaking and monitor sensors not working. They fixed everything and in a timely manner. The same guy worked on my vehicle for leakage and then the monitor sensors…. Did a great job! Thank you!

Came in with lag screw in tire, they got me right away but unfortunately damaged the sidewall of the tire. They replaced with new tire for the price of the repair! Highly recommend these guys!

Wheel fell off my car RIGHT in front of their shop, they jacked it up, put the donut on, and drove the car right into their bay and onto their lift. Turned an unpleasant experience into something way more bearable. Appreciate them a lot and highly recommend their services!

Corporate office should retrain the people here on customer service, honesty and integrity. Watching your staff take advantage of a young man today was nothing short of appalling. I turned around and walked out after watching this and you’ll never see another dime from me. Disgusting!!! And you sir with the finger in the young man’s face should be terminated immediately

I took my 2016 Chevy Trax to this location on January 23, 2025, because my check engine light was on and blinking. The staff told me I needed a tune-up, which I paid for. A week later, the light came back on. When I returned, they claimed the code was for the catalytic converter and advised me to “put 89 gas in, drive up and down fast to burn it off.” The light went off temporarily, but this clearly wasn’t a proper fix. On October 23, 2025, my check engine light returned, and my car began jolting while driving. I brought it back to the same location on November 8, 2025. The current manager, Joshua, said I needed another tune-up. I explained I had a complete tune-up just 9 months prior. I was then told the parts may be under warranty, but since I had driven 13,000 miles, the warranty wouldn’t cover it. The staff could not clearly explain why my spark plugs and ignition coil had failed so soon. I took my car to a sister location, where the mechanics reviewed my January invoice. They confirmed that the original location had installed Japanese spark plugs (NGK BKR7EIX) and an ignition coil (C1810) in my American car, which is not compatible with my vehicle. They repaired it under warranty. This demonstrates that the original tune-up was improper and negligent, and I was forced to have it corrected elsewhere under warranty. I believe I am owed a refund for the spark plugs, ignition coil, and associated labor, and I will be reporting this matter to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. I hope this location reviews its customer service and technical training, as the handling of my vehicle and the lack of accountability were unacceptable.

Ladies and gentlemen , remember my friend needed an air compressor change, but he never needed it to begin with( if you haven’t seen my previous posts , my friend took his car to tire choice bc the ac wasn’t working and he was given an estimate of almost 5k) . He was told by tire choice that he would need that replaced and it would cost approximately 5000 and it was documented as miscellaneous in the estimate but when he took it to another place, he got it fixed for less than $800 and it was never the air compressor. I’m sharing this with you so you can be aware and double triple check get second opinions and not trust this places. First picture is the estimate (even they stated misc. it was for air compressor , manager confirmed this on the phone with my friend ) , second and third pics shows what he got fixed and what he paid . Also district manager from tire choice reached out to me , my friend has been going to display for the last couple of years. I requested them to review the last two years invoices. He said he would get back to me last week because it was Thanksgiving and now he’s not responding to my text messages, I will be calling the corporate.

I had a really frustrating experience at Tire Choice because of the manager, Lyn. She tried to overcharge me and add services I never agreed to — it honestly felt like a scam. When I questioned the extra fees, she got defensive instead of explaining things clearly. I almost walked out because of how shady it seemed. The only reason I’m giving even one star is because the technicians were amazing. They were honest, professional, and actually took the time to show me what was wrong with my car. They deserve all the credit — not the manager. If you go here, watch out for Lyn, but the tech team definitely knows what they’re doing.

Called for an appointment and the manager Josh was able to schedule me an oil change at the most convenient time for me. I arrived and Josh took my car right in with no waiting. The technician was very professional changing my oil and rotating my tires on my Nissan Murano. Usually most places have struggled with the removal of the plastic undercarriage protection panel. That was not the case here. A great price for the service that was so professional handled from start to finish. I would most HIGHLY recommend this Tire Choice Auto Service Center.

We have had our work vehicles serviced at this shop for a couple years. More recently the staff has gone way down hill. They ended up damaging 2 of our vehicles by not tightening bolts, breaking parts of the intake manifold and marking the breaks as ok when they were completely shot. We ended up having to take it to Ford to have the repairs completed and documented. When we presented the issues to the manager on duty he simply replied we need to call corporate. Long story short Tires choice pushed it off on their insurance company whom refused to cover any damages caused by their technicians. Beware they will damage your vehicle and act like it’s your issue to deal with.

Over the last 3 years I have gone to this location and each time I have been greeted with kindness! They have always been great but my most recent trip Nate went above and beyond with helping me with my Air Conditioning! They’ve got some great people working there!

I walked in and waited only about three minutes to get Service and the gentleman‘s were very experienced and knowledgeable about my car and what tires would be perfect for them. I was very pleased with the time it took to service my car, and the gentleman were very polite with me. Thank you very much tire choice!

Over 10 hours of in shop time to replace 4 brake pads spread over 2 days. The first appointment there was no work done at all. No phone call, no sorry we got the wrong parts. I had to call 4 hours after drip off to find out they had done nothing with my car. Then on the second appointment for the same service I spoke with the manager the day before to make sure they ordered the right parts ahead of time and could statt on my car at the actual appointment time. Neither of which happend, another 6 hours in shop for only one pair of pads. Third time will not be a charm.

Two of my four tire sensors were not operating properly. Sensors needed to be ordered and scheduled an 8am appointment for Monday. Arrived at 7:50 and my vehicle was promptly taken into one of the bays. Wait time was an hour and a half. Sensors are back to working condition. No pressure, no up saling to purchase the two remaining sensors. Price was OK, but I did replace with OEM. Will return for future service.

I was very disappointed in Tire Choice. I called to ask the price of a battery for my car. He said $249.00 with free installation. When I arrived they told me $249.00 for the battery and $70.00 for installation. This is a case of bait and switch. I was already there so I went ahead with the battery. I will never go back and I will tell all my friends about how bad Tire Choice is.

We came in with a nail in the side of our tire. The manager was dealing with an irate customer and handled in a calm professional manner. The mgr. mentioned that the tire might be under warranty. We decided to buy a tire even though our tire was relatively new from a Nissan dealership but after calling them , the red tape didn’t seem worth it. The mechanic noticed our front brake pads were worn so mgr. suggested new ones but no pressure. We decided to go ahead and replace the brake pads. We were very impressed with the store mgr. We could see him check everyone’s work through the window and answering the phones. It’s refreshing to deal with someone with a great work ethic and someone you can trust. We will be back! Thank you Estero Tire Choice!

The guys here at tire choice in (Estero) have helped me multiple times last minute jobs for my flat Tires. And then just recently they got me new brakes and four new tires alignment all for under $1000 which was amazing. I feel like they’ve always been super honest and extremely helpful.

A signal appeared on my car dashboard that said "change engine oil!". Though I didn't have an appointment, I drove to Tire Choice Auto Service Center. They kindly fit me in (there and then) and did an oil change. In the process, they discovered that my thermostat was no longer operating. Marco offered to replace it however, because it was still under warranty, I decided to bring the car to the Buick dealer to have the work done. Marco, the service manager and owner, was extremely nice - he didn't even charge me for a diagnostic service call but simply wished me good luck and told me that I could come back at any time if I needed any kind of service! He and his associates were so accommodating, professional, HONEST, and just very NICE people! In the future, I will use Tire Choice Auto as my 'go to' for all of my service needs!

They told me that they would have no issue getting my car aligned and on the rack, but then damaged my front splitter. I verified this damage right outside the building to ensure that it didn’t happen at a later or earlier date.

When Traveling im never sure when taking a vehicle in on how honest and correct the repair may be. Tire choice in Estero has gone above and beyond Exceeding my expectations. They were honest from the moment I got there, as I was hoping just to rebalance my rims to find out I really needed new tires. The technician took the time to show me the issue at hand as I had completely thought I had checked everything being mechanically inclined myself , and somehow missed to see the big bulge/hump in the tire.New tires and a service im back on the road confidently and safely. Thank you
