I had what ended to be the most wonderful experience in a very stressful situation. My son & I were in town for a basketball conference & was getting ready to leave town on a Sunday to drive back to AZ when I discovered a very large nail hole in one tire. We called Tire Choice & was able to bring the truck by right away. My tire was losing pressure VERY quickly & I was very shaken up because I was worried I wouldn't even make it to the tire center before it went flat. Mike Barron greeted me & assured me he would take care of me. He handled to situation with sincere care & I feel like that's so hard to find anymore. They were able to repair my tire within about 45min. & send me on my way. I wish I could thank him more for how he treated me, words just aren't enough. I highly recommend Mike & the crew here!!

Sam was more than helpful in replacing the tires of my 1996 Oldsmobile. While they did not have my tire size available in stock, Sam was quick to find a solution while keeping me well informed on the cost, timeframe, and overall process. I called them on Sunday and got all four tires installed on Monday. Upon pickup, every technician was friendly and they made sure I was acknowledged despite having their hands full with labor. I was not kept waiting for long if at all, on the phone or in person. Not only do they do a great job but they do it quickly and accurately. Highly recommended

Edit: They are actually open today. Just took a few calls before they answered. Ramiro said to bring the car by and they will see what they can do. I will update my review with the outcome. Do NOT go here. There is not an option to give zero stars, but they deserve negative stars. I called the day before my appointment to confirm the date and time and inform them that although I need all 4 tires replaced, only 2 of the 4 I ordered had delivered. I told Ramiro that my back right tire does not hold air and it needs to be replaced so I need to get at least the back two switched out and will come back when the other two come in. He assured me that is not a problem. The next day for the appointment the technician has taken off both tires on the passenger side. My car is rear wheel drive (if they didn't know that because of the make/model, Google could have told them in 30 seconds). It would cause stress on the drive train and is not super safe to have one new and one bald tire on the back of the vehicle. Not to mention, this is not what we requested. We specifically asked for the back to be replaced. They end up fixing this. However, the worst part about this is that they KNOWINGLY reinstalled the flat tire (it was noticeably flat and had a nail sticking out of it!) back onto the front passenger side of my car. That tire should have been removed from the vehicle and disposed of. I have a car seat visible in my car that they had to have seen when moving my car up onto and off of the lift. They have knowingly endangered my life as well as that of a toddler. This is misdemeanor in CA. California Business and professional code BPC 9889.30. They clearly had to add air to the tire to make the PSI match the others before we left. So we didn't notice until I came out to get in my car this morning and now that tire (which was fine before and is the one they unnecessarily removed) and of course they are closed today. This is unsafe, illegal, and unethical. This needs to resolved immediately.

I wish I would give millions of stars to this service. This is my first time here. If I had known it was such a caring service, I would have come here much sooner. I was there just for an oil change and they explained in detail what other problems my car had. Sam is great at his job, very professional. and he obviously loves his job. I brought my 2017 80,000 miles hyundai elantra into this shop due to a noise from my engine. Sam (mgr) said it was the axel, struts, car lock, ball bearings. $2500 later, still the noise. I brought it back 2xs just to hear they don't know why it's making the noise and to take it to a body shop. I did. It was the engine mount. Sam tried to pay for it by calling the new place I took it to and lied about what I said. I do not recommend this place at all. They do work that doesn't need to be and uncharge all work and parts. Very unprofessional with calling another shop and lieing about our communication. Plus, techs were not available most of the time.

If you want to drive above 65mph avoid this place. Went in for new front tire, rear brake and alignment service because the truck slightly pulled left. After the service performed, I was told to bring the truck back in about month to recheck alignment. The truck still pulled left but decided to bring it back after a month as told. Just brought the truck back in, and as soon as I picked up the vehicle, at around 70 mph the truck and steering wheel shake violently. Verify this result on several times on different stretch of freeway. Brought it back and were told nothing wrong with the truck and they can't replicate the problem since they can't test drive the vehicle past 65mph. I offered to drive or video record the issue, but they said since their tech can't find the problem there's nothing else they can do. I would rate this place 0 star, however Sam is great to work with but the short skinny guy is beyond horrible, keep on screaming at me like I'm crazy, telling me its not an alignment issue maybe out of balance tire and he would check balance as a "favor" (they are the one sold and installed the tires a month prior). Logically, beside pulling slightly left the truck drives great prior to the alignment service, so you would think it has something to do with the alignment? bad adjustment, loose bolt etc...? Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that can't safely drive past 65mph until I can find another place to figure out what they did to my truck.
