Brought my car in for oil change, they called me and told me it would take 3-4 hours I said I’d go somewhere else and they responded by saying it would only take an hour, after they called me and claimed I had an Oil leak I came back to take a look at this leak they said was “catastrophic” they would not let me look at it and instead wasted my time by saying it would be in their inspection. I go to pick up my car after not receiving a call about it for over 2-3 hours and when I start up my car I have a check engine light and it was not on before. I had to take my car to my mechanic and that’s when I opened the hood and saw the car (picture attached). I believe the picture is pretty self explanatory, however they left my oil cap off, and destroyed my air intake and tried to cover it up by duct taping it. I recommend you never go here. Shady, and horrible

If your car is messed up from previous mechanics or shops around here or you are in need someone trustworthy and honest, this is the place to go for any service because this has been the best experience I have ever had! AJ - the best assistant manager everrrr!, Andrew - such a pleasure to have him as my mechanic, and Stewie who is also amazing and everything positive you can think of such a delight to speak to! Josh, Mike, and the manager Tony they were not present but I have heard nothing about great things and they are just as great as everyone else who was here!!! I definitely and confidently can say this is the place to go for any car issues, etc. They answered literally all my questions checked everything and gave me great pricing that wasn't too out of my budget which I had few things to do but I thought I was going to be out thousands and it's was only a couple hundred and I also ended up getting an oil change because I was way overdue and they let me know what I needed exactly done and nothing more! They showed me everything I really did need and they didn't try to haggle me for more! They were so honest and I really appreciated all there wisdom and everything they caught that the other Kia dealership and Pepboys didn't catch!!! They told me and showed me what they did not replace! Proof below! And this is from my maintenance almost 6 months ago and I don't smoke in the car and I detail the car every week! Thank you Tony, AJ, Andrew, Stewie, and Mike - who I saw and was introduced to, all such politeness and kindness! I truly love this place!💪🏼🙏🏼😺

I'm sorry but this place has gone DOWNHILL!!! Went in with one problem and left with 2 to hear that although my rear hubs were replaced that has nothing to do with my alignment. It does, and not to mention the now clicking noises. The female mechanic is straight up NASTY RUDE. The man behind the counter said he would do the alignment foc and set me up for an appointment only to come in and hear that the alignment machine has been down for days. There was more but I'm not getting into that. Just AVOID this place. Used to be good, now? GARBAGE! If corporate could get back to me l'd love it. This was the Tamarac location.

I had some work done and the work needed some adjustments So I brought it back in. The mechanics were incredibly polite and fix the problem right away, but the manager that was upfront and working on the morning of Tuesday, November 4, a middle-aged, white male with glasses, was one of the most rudest, disrespectful, arrogant, self-absorbed persons I’ve ever interacted with. He was nothing short of treating me as if I did something wrong by being a customer, he constantly challenged me, implied I was lying about the adjustment that was needed, continuously waved his hands in my face, and overall was probably one of the worst experience I’ve had in customer service. This individual, also known as a manager, has absolutely no business holding a job that is Customer facing because the word polite is devoid of his demeanor. Will definitely never be coming back to the shop solely on how I was treated by him.

🚫 DO NOT RECOMMEND – DISRESPECTFUL & HOSTILE MANAGEMENT 🚫 I sat here for OVER AN HOUR waiting to be helped. The service worker was kind and professional and even confirmed that the nail in my tire could be fixed, so there was absolutely no excuse for what happened next. The manager came out extremely rude, aggressive, and openly CURSED at me — IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN. He refused to serve me after I had already been waiting, spoke to me in a belittling, demeaning tone, and acted completely out of control. This wasn’t just unprofessional — it was disrespectful and unacceptable behavior from someone in charge. As a woman and a mother, being spoken to that way was humiliating. No customer deserves to be cursed at, talked down to, or treated like garbage — especially in a place of business and especially in front of their kids. His behavior was hostile, childish, and embarrassing for the company. The contrast between the polite employee and the nasty, irate manager was shocking. If this is how management behaves, I can only imagine how often customers are mistreated here. I left feeling angry, disrespected, and honestly disgusted. This business clearly tolerates verbal abuse and power-tripping management. I will never return, and I strongly warn others — do not bring your family here. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND.

Made an appointment so I didn’t have to sit around and wait. When I got there, my car was taken right away. I had 2 tires replaced. Waited 45 minutes and it was ready! They do have free WiFi. A woman serviced my car and she did a great job. I’m very happy and will go back again!
