Date of Service: January 6, 2025 I got three tires replaced here, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The technician who installed them clearly didn’t know how to properly secure the lug nuts. When I later removed two wheels from my Toyota RAV4, I discovered that 7 out of 10 lug nuts were damaged and required excessive force to remove. The threads were completely stripped because the installer didn’t take the time to hand-thread them first. Instead, he used a power tool right away, which led to cross-threading and damage. I had to replace all seven damaged lug nuts myself. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable, and it raises serious safety concerns. Either the technician lacked proper training, or the shop doesn’t enforce correct installation procedures. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place for tire services.

Warning! Terrible Service and Mishandling of My Vehicle My service experience with Tire Palace, I came here to get new tires, and while the tires themselves are good and I’m happy with them, the way my vehicle was treated in their care was unacceptable. The staff was careless, and after they made a mistake, they tried to cover it up instead of owning up to it. To make matters worse, they were argumentative, rude, and completely ignored the situation and hid after video footage shows them working on my vehicle but won’t show them working where the damage was. If you have a nice car, **do not** bring it here. They showed no respect for my vehicle and handled the situation terribly. I would NOT recommend this place if you’re looking for any kind of proper service.

I just got these exotic looking wheels at the Tire Palace inStockton, California, that totally changed the look of my Mercedes E300.
