No sense of customer service or professionalism. I was waiting for 20 minutes and the guy said he was gonna get to it. Then, someone came after I arrived and the guy that was working there took him and disregarded my car and me. What a real move huh. You don’t do stuff like that in a workplace. Terrible. Plenty other good tire shops in Bridgeport CT. You don’t play with peoples time we all got stuff to do.

Impossible rude, angry, demanding and "cash only". I did mistake not to check my replaced used tire they've installed. They put a crooked one, and I found out once I drove away. when came back they blamed it all on me, and no refund. Avoid these scammers!!! So shameless. OMG

My SECOND time going to that place and if u are of color do not go. I sat there waiting for an hour after the worker guy told me to park on the side, waited and no one attended to me, but get this when other customer came who are not of color they were taken care of even though I was sitting and waiting just to fix a flat that literally would take less than 30 mins. And get this they smoke like its no tomorrow while working on peoples car .NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. Worst experience

They always work with you no matter your situation. The fairly new location is right down the street from my house so anything I need in regards to my tires I go to them. I needed a new tire once and I had no money until I recieved my paycheck at the end of the week and the owners wife did me thw favor of giving me the tire on credit until the end of the week. Then when I came to pay for my tire she gave me a discounted price. She had no reason to do me any of those favors but she did. Great people

Not Professional. I purchased brand new 4 tiers from them, the warranty said it would cover 40k miles the tiers worn out at 20k miles they refuse to replace & instead asked me to contact the tier company. Why should I contact the tier company when they purchased from the company ? They did not even offer me to buy tiers for discounted price. Very unhappy doing business with them.

Gave MORE than fair comps on tire prices (with mounting/balancing/aligning) compared to Firestone and Town Fair for the exact same set of tires at respective locations. Informed me of worn suspension/chassis components and if I returned within XX days, they would perform the alignment free of charge. Overall, they’re great folks and reasonable prices!

I went to this location cause of a flat. Soon as I pulled up there was no one to great me or assess my situation. Instead I see a lady stumbling out of the office and looking dazed and confused. 10 minutes goes by and still not greeted. All of a sudden I hear arguing and it ended with "don't disrespect your mother like that". After that I immediately left cause I don't need anyone working on my car and arguing. Things can happen in that type of arguing mindset that possibly be a costly situation. What Iwill say to this owner, leave all personal issues at home. Lost a potential customer AND I was planning to buy 4 new tires anyway. Lesson learned I hope.

Scammers RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I brought my car for alignment as soon as I left there my wheel was super crooked and my LDA light came on. Brought back 2nd samething! PLUS staffing people are super rude. No refund. I took my car to TOWN FAIR TIRE much better.
