Ms. Shanta and her team were completely awesome. From the moment I walked in Ms. Shanta was helpful, polite and engaged. Very knowledgeable and caring. Ms. Shanta listened and took the time to explain what would be done to my vehicle. I truly felt like she wanted my soon to be grand daughter to be safe in the vehicle that I brought in for repairs. The representative was rude. When I inquired if she was "...having a bad day" she told me that she'd very recently "...loss her brother" and that her employer [Tires Plus] didn't care. I extended my condolences but as s customer why was I treated with such disdain. It was already a great inconvenience to me to be burdened with having to, for at least a 3rd time over a 60 to 90 day period, replace tires or have a tire plugged. Because the roads are so full of nails and/or the quality of the new Firestone tires put on my car at Tires Plus falls short of sustainable quality. The Firestone tires rubber must be extremely thin. So if I can be pleasant after shelling out close to $1000.00 to Tires Plus (2 separate transactions/occasions for 4 new tires) and maintain my pleasant demeanor then I expect no less from the employees at Tires Plus. As a customer service representative emotional control is important and companies should really provide this training to all employees especially those that interact with customers. But moreover if you're having a bad day stay home don't be it to work to share with other because they didn't ask for it. The tire warranty service [for now] is still an inconvenience. The tire plugged has a born on date in 2023 so an old tire was put on my car.

I purchased 2 tires from the Tires Plus on Robert C. Daniels PKWY December 2024, it's September 2025 and this is my 3rd visit back to them, for the tires going flat. The first time, they couldn't find a problem, the 2nd time, I told them to check the Valve Stem, it had split. They replaced it, now I'm here again, the other tire has gone flat, Valve Stem SPLIT! I'm so annoyed! Aren't they supposed to change the Valve Stems when you get new tires? I'm asking for a friend! Anyway, Jamie has taken good care of me today, however, I will not be coming back to Tires Plus for anything EVER AGAIN!! And I'm going to make sure I tell everyone I know! Most single women don't know what to look for or ask for when buying tires, finding this out now, has definitely taught me a lesson, but it has also cost me my time and extreme annoyance. Thank goodness all three times my tires went flat, I was somewhere safe and roadside service was able to assist without issues. I understand things happen but, a company should take better care of ALL customers. NEVER GIVING TIRES PLUS ANOTHER CENT!

Don't know if my wheels were even aligned. I never received a printer out sheet of what was adjusted and it actually steers worst than it did before I took it to them. The steering wheel is not centered and drifts to the right.

Made an appointment 3 days out to have new tire installed. When I made the appointment I was told the tire were in stock. When I arrived for the appointment. I was told that the tires were not at the this location. They told me I would have to wait for someone to bring them over or I could go to another location. Don't waste your time!! Go to Discount tire. They were able to get me new tires installed fast without an appointment and they have great customer service.

I visited the place in the morning, around 8 AM, with one of my vehicleโs tires losing air. Initially, the woman at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful when assisting me, even doubting that my tire was losing air. She then proceeded to create my work order. I waited about 20-30 minutes in the waiting room. Once my vehicle was โready,โ they charged me $20 for the work. So far, everything seemed fine; I ignored how poorly her employee treated me, made my payment, and left. After two hours, I realized that the tire on my vehicle was still losing air. I went back to the place, and indeed, they hadnโt done anything because they didnโt find anything wrong; however, they clearly charged me for everything they โdid.โ On this second visit, another very kind guy attended to me and even showed me the repair that they had actually done this time.

Im giving 5 stars bc the girl at the front desk (Kay) was awesome. Her and the ONE technician they had working were doing everything they could to get jobs done and they still had great attitudes. We made an appointment to come back for tires and a couple other things. Some places try to sell you things you dont need or lie to you about whats wrong with your car. They did not do that here. I think these two deserve a raise ๐ ๐
