First time ever to a Jiffy Lube, and I was very impressed with the efficiency of the operation. These folks know what their doing. You don't even get out of your vehicle. I received a military discount. It's a bit more pricey than I expected, but I did get the synthetic blend. I also didn't have cleanup and disposal to contend with.

Excellent service. I went for an oil change and when they assessed the car I did not need an oil change. I appreciated their honesty. The assessment found that my tail light was out.and that my engine light was out. Thank you for such great service. Probably about 15 minutes definitely not 30 minutes. Efficient, Honest service, I was in GA for a graduation. I live in Silver Spring, MD. If I lived there I would get my car serviced there. If you are traveling to that area and need service, this is the place to go.

The staff is very friendly but my actual service was horrible. I paid for an oil change and filter and oil ended up leaking all over my driveway. My car was smoking and it left stains on the rear bumper. I’m fuming just like my car. When I went back for them to fix it, they were using their phones as flashlights.

The technician was polite, professional, informative answered questions, yet forgot to address Windsor shield wiper pout where fluid squints out of.... I was told fluid was leaking from wi d shield wiper and oil leak, stop. Leak $20 was added to oil pan

The lady was very rude I told her what my manual for my car says for the right amount of oil and she stated that’s she had been doing this for 15 years and that Kia and my personal mechanic was wrong after realizing she was wrong she made the other guy put another quart but it is still reading low very unprofessional to bring up experience instead of listening to the owner it’s okay to be experienced in something but you learn something new everyday! The white guy also damaged my raidatior fan and said it was damaged before service lucky Kia has a recall and is going to replace it but this place is horrible

The employees were courteous, professional, quick & personable. They had a way of making you feel welcome as if you were visiting them at their home instead of going to a business 😇, which is unheard of in today’s world. I stayed in my car the entire time, which was about 10 minutes from start to finish, during the service on my car. The price was a little higher than what I expected even with my military discount 🙄; to add insult to injury, I had a coupon waiting for me when I got home in the mail for a $40 full synthetic oil change 😳🤯. WHAT!!!🤯🤯 after I just paid ~$100. Needles to say, I will recommend this location & will probably return at a later date but with a coupon in hand this time 🤪🤣.

Got an oil change last month and all of February kept having to replace parts in my car a couple of weeks afterwards. Wasn’t until recently dropping my car off at the shop did they reveal to me the wrong type of oil was being used and was too thick for my car causing all the problems! Had to get it taken out and replaced for everything to run smoothly again and paid close to 1k due to it. If you want a cheaper oil change than the dealership go here but only if you don’t care about your car. Service might be quick but not reliable.
