On Sunday on our way back from camping I had 2 tires blow out on my camper. I called and they had the correct tires in stock. Since I only had 1 spare tire I left the camper on the freeway and had them put one on right away so I could get rolling. Even though the thread was good the tires were old "witch I did know and should have addressed earlier". They knew my situation and as soon as I got there they had the tires ready and put one on for me. After getting the trailer off the highway I went back and had them do the other 3. They were fast and more than helpful! I wish I got their names but the lady up front and the young man in the shop definitely got me out of trouble! I also thought the price was reasonable, Especially since they were the only shop open and I was 2 hours from home with no other options. Thanks Again!

Was driving south down Highway 141 north of Wausaukee on Monday, 8/11 when I got a flat tire. Every other auto shop between there to Green Bay was closed by the time I got the spare on. Called this place in advance and informed them that I would make it to their location just before they closed, but the employees were more than willing to help me out at the very end of their work day. Very friendly staff who are willing to help. Was very thankful for their service which allowed me to continue my trip.

Been in the green bay area for like 6 years now and I like this location the best. They have reasonable prices and do a good job. The staff is super nice and helpful. I had a scheduling issue on my apt but they did an awesome job squeezing me in and fixed some issues with my car the next day

I paid a $75 diagnostic fee and they still didn’t figure the real issue. They wanted me to pay for another hour of labor so they can figure out the problem . This was not stated when I took my vehicle in

I came with the emergency of the flat tire. And guys we're sitting around waiting for the other customers but wasn't able to help me out Instead of giving me a hand on the tires, they just didn't.Told me to get out of here. The worst customer service ever.

Came in for an alignment at 11. At 1pm the tech told me that their machine isn’t acting right and that I need to bring the car to their other location asap. They ruined my alignment that in order for me to drive across town I had to turn my wheel almost entirely to the left to go straight. Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

lazy workers. went there for an oil change through my car provider, they are SUPPOSED to call my company to confirm, instead he told me he wished I told him sooner and he doesn’t do that. don’t put tires plus on the network for Carvana if your workers don’t know how to do their job correctly

I needed my oil changed. They changed it. Also told me I needed my air filter and tires rotated. Had them do that too. All done in like 40 minutes. They got the job done and it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Took our Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change and alignment. They were able to quickly special order the specific oil weight for our high mileage vehicle. The whole crew was very nice and they got it done fast and gave us a comprehensive check of the vehicle. The price was very good too! We will be back!

Matthews across town front end align for $104. However, they don't offer 'Lifetime' alignments (for as long as you own the vehicle). Tires Plus offered $20 off 'Lifetime' but it still made it $209 + tax which is double the cost. The coupon was quickly recouped by adding back $20 in 'Shop Supplies' (on a nearly new vehicle? Oh please) which surely should've been included in the $209. No mention of possible additional charges was made when I got the quote and I'd refused additional $10 'inspection' fees. I feel this is an unscrupulous business practice. Be WARY that the price you're quoted won't resemble what you'll be charged. NOT a satisfied customer by any means.

Everyone there was wonderful. I had picked up a screw in my tire. I mainly drive highways. The old company I used (Discount.....) had a warranty on the tires and would have fixed it for free. It cost me over $31 to have it plugged and patched. I could have saved myself a 45 minute one-way trip and had it fixed locally for that. I bought my tires from this company. I guess everything is charging. Not for the better. A bit disappointed

The employees at Tires Plus went above and beyond to help out. Suddenly, I found myself with my muffler dragging from my van and needed help quickly to get back on the road. I was a couple blocks from Tires Plus, and knowing I couldn’t travel far, drove slowly there and asked if they could help. Both of their mechanics were busy for several hours, and they couldn’t actually perform this repair in their shop. Honestly, I just needed to get home so my husband could repair it himself. They drove it into the shop, lifted it up, and got me running again. It was a temporary fix, but was all I needed to get me home. I’m very thankful for both the gal at the front desk and the technician, Joseph. They were kind and compassionate. He didn’t charge me a thing, but said it was my Christmas gift. There are still kind people in the world, willing to help out someone in need.

This review is not regarding Diana, she has been very helpful. I initially brought my vehicle in 9/1/2025 in which extensive work was recommended. I picked up my car on 9/4/2025 and paid $3,933.95. On 9/17/2025, I brought my vehicle in again, because my A/C was no longer working. I was charged $138.08 for diagnostics and was told that it would cost an additional $660.31. The Complete Vehicle Inspection conducted during my initial visit stated that “Heating/Cooling was Checked and Acceptable.” My A/C, along with heating, are both still not functioning to this day. On 9/23/2025, the oil pressure warning light appeared on my dashboard. I called Tires Plus that day and brought it in the next day on 9/24/2025. I was informed that I would be charged diagnostics again, to which I objected, because I had just brought it in. Thankfully, I spoke up and I was not charged. They determined that the “OIL PRESSURE SWITCH WAS LEAKING AGAIN AND FULL OF OIL. CLEANED OUT AND LIGHT ON DASH WENT OUT. LET RUN FOR A WHILE, SWITCH FILLED UP WITH OIL AGAIN AND WAS LEAKING” and discovered that they had installed a “FAULTY OIL PRESSURE SWITCH.” On 9/28/2025, 5 additional lights appeared on my dashboard- check engine light, battery light, engine coolant temperature warning light, AWD light, and TRAC OFF light. I called Tires Plus and brought it in that exact day and dropped it off. Because it was a Sunday, they could not see my vehicle. They called me on 9/29/2025 to inform me that the “- WATER PUMP BROKEN AND BELT MISSING. COOLANT RESEVOIR EMPTY, COOLANT COVERING ENGINE AREA.” They informed me that the car would be inoperable without repairing these issues. I was charged an additional $974.87 when picking up my vehicle on 9/30/2025. The Complete Vehicle Inspection conducted during my initial visit, the CVI during my 9/17 visit and the CVI conducted 9/24 all indicated that my “Accessories Belt was Checked and Acceptable.” By this point, I had paid an additional $1,112.95 to the initial $3,933.95 that I had already paid, totaling $5,046.90. On 10/1/2025, 3 lights appeared on my dashboard again- check engine light, AWD light and TRAC OFF light. I reached out to them right away to have them check. They informed me that they “PULLED SPARK PLUGS AND FOUND 2 PLUGS TO BE OUT OF SPEC. PLUGS ALSO SHOW RICH CONDITION. CYL 1 PLUG WAS VERY LOOSE.” The last time my spark plugs were inspected was by Tires Plus. I was quoted an additional $355.24. I picked up my car up without having the spark plugs replaced. I brought my vehicle into their shop 5 times within a month! On 10/2/2025, I reached out to the BridgeStone support line requesting upper management staff reach out to me. I requested that a thorough evaluation be done on the work performed on my vehicle, and I requested a detailed summary explaining how the additional issues that resulted in 4 additional visits, was not a result of the initial work done on my car during my 9/1-9/4/2025 visit. I explained that if they could not assure me that there was absolutely no possibility that the additional issues were not correlated to work done during the initial visit, I would be requesting a refund for the additional amount that I had paid for. Over 2 weeks later on 10/15/2025, I received a voicemail from a store employee. I reached out again to the BridgeStone support line requesting that an upper level management staff reach out to me. As of today, 10/22/2025 I have not heard back.

Of course I get a flat tire on a Sunday morning. No place was open except this Tires plus and couldn't be happier with their service. They were quite busy. Friendly staff and new management seem to have it right. Repaired the tire which had a long 1" self-tapping screw embedded in it. Back on the road in an hour and at a really decent price. Well worth it. Highly recommended.

I went in tires plus on Saturday today in a whim. Leaving a bad situation and had a nail in my tire a big one that was too big to patch. Amazing people made sure I got back on the road and didn’t care all about money. It was about my safety and me having a reliable car. I highly recommend this company and their services. Very caring kind and sweet staff brought tears to my eyes. You don’t find that in big companies now days. Thank you tires plus!!
