Had an alternator issue at 5pm on a Friday. I called the store in Cooper City, Florida (near my home). They said bring it in right away (5 in the afternoon). They replaced the alternator and had it done by 6:30, half an hour before closing!! Awesome Jany was my advisor, she was excellent. PS they had to have the alternator delivered and still got it done!!!

We went on a Saturday just before noon, as soon as we arrived we were greeted and asked if we needed any help or service, we said that we were looking to get our oil change they quickly took our information and auto detail and told us the different oil they had and their recommendation, once we made our decision we gave the keys and sat in the lobby, the lobby was nice and they had vending machines.Alejo ventaja was the mechanic helping us and he did a great job! I highly recommend this location.

Bad experience here. Came in to change tires, they ended up doing a "complimentary" full diagnostic without asking. Driving back my car was showing a coolant leak which ended up being an expensive repair. I am not pointing fingers but they need to stop 'diagnosing' expensive European cars they have no idea about.

Some of the parts had been replaced 1,000 miles ago (filters) and spark plugs after only 6,000 miles with no significant signs of failing. Once they suggested I needed new tires, I lost faith.

Stay away!!! Extremely unprofessional and disorganized and dishonest. Horrible experience. This location contacted me on Tuesday, 12/9 to bring my car in for an alignment check. I had previously purchased the "Lifetime Alignment". My car was driving straight and true...but I thought what could it hurt to have it checked out. I dropped my car off on Saturday, 12/13 approximately 10AM. At 2PM, I called to check status and was put on hold by Nick for 20 minutes. They advised me that my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car I expected them to be really busy after being put on hold for so long, however, there were only two other customers waiting and the phone did not ring once. At first they couldn't find my keys. They eventually found them and said I could walk around the back to pick up my car. I asked for a receipt/invoice and printout of the alignment specs. They said they didn't do printouts anymore and that I would receive my receipt/invoice via e-mail. When I checked my e-mail form my phone there in the store I could not tell that anything had been done. I asked Erica and three times if the alignment had been done and three times she and Nick both guaranteed me that it had been. I left there scratching my head, because I couldn't see any evidence of what they said. When I got home I called again to confirm that an alignment had been done. Erica, once again assured me that it had, in fact been done. Five minutes later she called back to say that "No, it had not been done". They had my car for over 4 hours, lost my keys, told me that an alignment was done, when in fact nothing had been done. This Tires Plus is very conveniently located close to where I live. However, after this experience I will have no choice except to take my car to "sister" Firestone store much farther away.

I went to get the oil changed and the car fixed. They checked and asked to replace the camshaft sensor. It was fine, the problem is they said to replace the genuine part and charged the genuine part for $187 but they replaced me with a cheap one which I checked and it was only $14. I give 2 stars because of the friendly reception of the staff. Be careful when replacing parts here.

This is the second time I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and the tire rotation was not done. I always discreetly mark my tires before getting a tire rotation and this was the second time I had to immediately return to the shop to address the issue. I let the first time slide, and I didn’t think much about it. I understand sometimes things happen, but now I see this is a pattern. If they are not doing the work that I can easily verify, what are they not doing with the jobs that are not easily verified. I came back to this location because of convenience. They are right around the corner from me. This Tires Plus location has shown me who they are and the type of people they hire to represent this company and I want no part of it. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because they did not take their time putting my car on the lift and rotating my tires as I looked on. I will definitely never come back to this location.

I trust this place even more than the actual dealership. I have brought my car a couple of times in a timely manner and for a good price. All the employees at the front desk are always friendly and respectful. The mechanic Alex or Alejo is super Knowledgeable, he always takes good care of my vehicle and explains the cause of the problem and what he is going to do in order to fix it. 100% recommend this place.
