Detailing was way below acceptable, brought to owners attention and acted like it was minor issues, not to me . Just received a response about issue being resolved and no it was not and when I got home that same afternoon, both sides of my car had overspray from armorall or something splattered on lower panels so I had to redo sides of my car due to not being completed. I won't go back , will just use another detailing service

After hearing so many great things about Todd’s I decided to try them and got the $30 Turbo Wash. I was very disappointed with the work. The windshield is still dirty, the cup holders and dashboard look like they were barely wiped down. The floor mats still have debris. Once I got home I had to dust, vacuum, and wipe down the interior myself which is what I was trying to avoid doing by going to Todd’s in the first place. Overall just made me sad.

Car wash and oil change were good, but I didn’t know what the heck I was doing or who I should be talking to at first. No one was at the desk and I was standing at the counter for a while. I was told different directions. Maybe add a check in station that is clear to anyone going for the first time. I’d rather go to Take 5 and wash my car myself to be honest.

I went in today for an oil change as I have for about 6months. I was told my last oil change was in January so it was time for another...okay let's do it was my response. After the tech was finished he told me my price which was $20 more than my visit in January. I was hesitant but I paid and stated this would be my last time because how you go up on your price with the horrible service offered? The owner Todd was present and immediately started in on me. I said it's a wonder why you have bad reviews...he said " who has bad reviews" and I replied you do sir. Not only do you offer bad car washes and high oil change prices, but your customer service is not the best either. I understand no place of business wants to be told their business is not good business, but your response should never be disrespectful, distasteful, or with an attitude. The customers are the reason you have a business but with customer service as I experienced today, I will not be returning. The owner, manager, supervisor etc,. is a reflection of the staff and how they act/respond to customer issues is how you're supposed to lead the staff. I don't have an issue paying for what the services are worth,but the thing I draw the line with, is customer service.

Went there Friday around 11 and got a wash and vacuum. Gave the guys a 10$ tip before they started to make sure they do a good job on top of paying 35$. When do it wasn't cleaned good on the inside at all. Every time I go it happens. They don't take pride in there work. Not going back any time soon.

This was my first time here ever since the beginning it was bad I will admit Im slow and I was not understanding what the woman was telling me about the cleaning so I wanted her to explain to me she did not have a good attitude from the begging i pay a lot of money to get this it was not clean at all there was so many things undone and not clean there is even a footprint never going back way over price and not good at cleaning this pics are not even half of it.

I have been coming here for years! I trust the workers. I’m a little disappointed in the fact nobody is inside taking care of checking people out and letting people know which vehicle is ready. That has changed.

What a joke. This place sucks. Terrible job. Car is just as dirty as when I dropped it off. Easy to wipe interior doors and console were still filthy. Rude customer service representative who was cursing because of a new system and threatened to leave the job while helping me. Then, said “give me $40” when it was time to pay. Then when I arrived to retrieve my car I was told “it has been ready” when I was told they would call me when it was ready. No call was received. Won’t be back. CRAZY experience.

I had the super deluxe wash because I needed to get the front seat steam cleaned due to a spill. There were spots that were missed during the wash & my instrument panel was smeared instead of clear. When I got into my car the next day there was a definite foul odor emanating from the back seat. The floor board had a spot on it that was not there before. I called and left a message for him to return my call but he never did call. I have before & after photos of the front seat.

When I pay for something I would expect a better job. This is after I went back the first time. I was told for $5.00 more everything in black will get wiped down. Well... it didn't. Not pleased at all.

Just left from getting my Jeep washed where I got the carpets shampooed, leather seats conditioned inside cleaned as well as the wash so I sent quiet a bit of money. At quick glance everything looked ok but as soon as I started looking was a bit a very good job. Aside from that, someone took my iPhone auxiliary adapter. The woman at the front desk said she would look at the cameras and get back to me. For the amount that I spent this is sub par quality.

Chipped my car’s paint and couldn’t even give me a full refund. Came for a car wash. Picked the $30 full service which is interior and exterior washing. When they were done they told me they could do a detailing to get the black off the top of my car. When they were done I noticed my handles had been stripped of paint significantly. Not just one on handle but on all four. Not to mention the black spots were still there. When I told the manager what had happened all he offered me was the $20 back for the detailing even when I asked for the full $50 politely. I have an old car so I wasn’t upset about the messed up paint, I was upset I still had to pay for it.

Arrived at Todds.wirh only 5 cars ahead of me...this was on a Monday morning about 10:36 according to my receipt. Well its now 11:38 and my car still has not entered the wash area. I have counted at least 11 other cars going through before mine, and I have no idea where they came from. I am standing at the wash windows, and only one car is going through before they allow another one to start through. Now I'm seeing a worker standing in the middle of the wash area spraying the vehicle as they pass through the brushes....obviously the machines are not working correctly....why Not advice the patrons before you take their money and the are forced to wait for this service. VETY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WASH....

Get my car done here all the time. Great staff and amazing service. I have very cheap carpet and it’s so hard to get all the pet hair out. Todd’s gets it done every time and I always love getting my carpets shampooed.
